Annual Tradition Ends

FT was, by far, our favorite campground. We went at least one week every summer. Multiple weeks many summers. I guess all good things come to an end! Thanks to Sun Outdoors, we just can't afford the rates. They will be the downfall of family camping!

Sad

Went to FT for the second year and again seriously disappointed. Last year people did not leave from our site and management did nothing to make them leave.... after hanging around many hours they gave us another site which was ok. This year site was filthy, picnic table was a huge safety hazard, standing water on site, dead trees and shrubs on the site..... no septic for over $100/night! Outrageous!

OCMD Camping At It’s Best

A family favorite. I have camped the east coast and this is family camping at its finest. Everything from the on-site attractions to nearby OCMD. I would even rank this above Disney (Fort Wilderness). If you get bored here it must have been on purpose. The only criticism that some may level - its “too busy” in the CG. If you’re looking for a camping/beach trip, and especially if you’ve got kids, Frontier Town should be at the very top of your list.

Great Family Vacation

We stayed in a tent with our 4 year old and had a great time. There are a lot of activities and amenities for families and our four-year-old had a blast. We only wish we could have done the ropes and zipline outdoor adventure part but your kids have to be 7 or older to participate in that. It was still a very good value for the money spent! It would be five stars but we didn't like all the drunk golf cart riding people.

Family Favorite

Pricey but it's a traditional stay. Much for the kids waterpark, mini golf, crabbing claiming fishing movie night DJ party yoga included. Cowboy show and zipline available additional cost. Beautiful sunsets tall trees ocean breeze.

Bike week 2016

First time ever in a campground. Staff is friendly and efficient. Bath house was clean, lots to do on site and in the area. Other campers were respectful, friendly and everyone seemed to be having a good time.

Great Stop But....

Love the water park and zip lines. Great store! Good size lots and amazing doggie parks. Would be 5 stars but too many golf carts and dude beside me setup a fence to let his doberman run and bark all day. Couldn't believe owners would allow this in a family campground.
