Nice enough $90 a night full hook up. Had a pull through site. Pool, laundry, very woodsy. Small brewery on site. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Weak WiFi but I am sure that was dependent on the number of users. No cable but that was fine with me. Quiet, hilly but shouldn’t be a problem for most people.

Disappointing
It’s a shame, really. This is a nice piece of land, hilly and mostly wooded, very convenient to I-95 and priced commensurate with DC area summer rates. That said, it needs a lot of work to deserve the title “resort”, unless it’s “Last Resort”. Wi-Fi, at least in our site near the front, was completely unusable. Our water didn’t work so we used a hose from another site at management request. Most facilities appear rundown and on need of maintenance, grounds needed serious work and trees were overgrown and needed trimmed back from driveways. Drives were badly washed out from runoff. Host was abrupt, rude, unhelpful and borderline threatening. I hope owners can make the needed improvements, because this could be a very nice property. As is, it’s likely fine as a rustic tent camp option, but RV’ers desiring amenities will likely be disappointed.

Decent camp site but tight and hilly as you maneuver through the camp. WiFi doesn’t work so recommend bringing a hotspot for streaming. Very close to stores and other essentials in North Stafford. I would come back...just manage expectations.

Friendly and Comfortable
Some of the on-line reviews had me skeptical, but I was working at MCB Quantico and my workmate was staying at a nearby hotel and had the rental vehicle.
Upon arrival, the staff was friendly, helpful, and guided us to our site. While the roads were somewhat hilly, our 36' Motorhome w/ tow did not have any problems navigating them. The sites are somewhat on the smaller side, but plenty big enough for a picnic table and chairs under the awning. The graded sites are level and plenty long enough for the Coach and tow.
The restroom/shower facilities are clean and well maintained. A wooden bench along the wall and shower wands would've been a nice addition. We didn't use the laundry facilities, but they were clean with industrial machines
Overall a nice little campground, with friendly staff, and a nice little store. Shopping and restaurants are nearby if you need them. We had absolutely no disappointments with our stay here and will be back if staying in the area.

Sorry folks but there’s much to be desired here. RV pads are not level and the place is laid out on hills and dales with washed out gravel roads in between. WiFi service is HORRIBLE. Don’t expect to stream your shows or surf the net because it ain’t happening here. Also, afterthought, mosquitos and sugar ants are crazy active. I wouldn’t bring my grandkids here!

Great Find
Hidden gem, affordable, straightforward. Great management went out of their way to check us out even though they had been working on the pool. Nice rustic feel. Only sounds at night where natural, even though it looks close to the highway. Saw beautiful lighting from storm over the ocean due to the view. Will stay again. Only problem was the sign was not lit at night, so we passed the entrance and had to double back.

Mr.
Reviews almost scared me off, but the two employees running the site have been nothing but polite and professional. We all have bad days and experiences at one time or another. Hope you give this place a chance.
