Sites not real level and I wouldn’t say it is big rig freindly. My 36’ class a was just about hanging over the front and back of the pull through site. Not a bad place, not much here. 2 hrs from home was a decent weekend get away spot.

We are new to RV’ing. Needless to say we were needing assistance and got it. We stayed a couple of weeks and I had to relocate once as we extended our stay. My hubby was out of town and I’d never piloted the truck/camper on my own. The staff was amazing! Helped me get unhooked, transferred to new spot and hooked up again. Can’t say enough good things about the staff. Nice playground, shower/laundry facility is dated but adequate. Needs some infrastructure (roads repaved etc) but nicely shaded. Back in, pull throughs with 30 and 50 amp and tent camping. Some lots level, most are not. Some campers have been there a while. They have a small store on site for RV supplies, a dump station and LP gas station. Park rangers patrol even though we are not directly in Prince William Forest Park. The big drawback is no WiFi. Being so close to DC it would have been nice to have.

Very Helpful Staff Peaceful Location
My van broke down it was a disaster needless to say, however, the maintenance and front office staff were more than helpful to me. Very appreciative for all their kindness not many people would do that for you. Quiet area and peaceful, close to the national park for hiking trails, some cement on the paths is bad, but the lots are kept very clean and leveled, bathrooms clean, nice little dog park. This is a tucked away park but very close to main road and to DC. Fire pits only on back F lots. Discount for military $38 per night.

Worse place I've ever camped. We called several months ago and asked for a full hook up. When we got there, we were put in a site so lopsided we couldn't get anywhere level, and not a full hook up. I heard other campers that came in after us complain about the same thing

Nice campground fairly close to DC. Spots are close but rates are fair. Clean restrooms and showers. Wi-Fi is ok. Have to rent fire ring or would've given 5 stars.

Nice Campground
My only complaint about this campground is the driveway like sites. Not much room between you and your neighbor. That being said it was nice and clean. Restrooms were spotless and people were very nice. I would stay there again.

Fairly nice
Very clean restrooms and showers. Looked like ot would be a nice pool, but it's October. Nobody is swimming, and it needs a little maintenance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Sites are not the most level ... we have 2 sets of Links levelers and that was just barely enough for our site on row C. The full hookup sites in back, on row F, we would not have had enough. Most sites are pull through, but the roadways in and out are very narrow. Nice access to nearby attractions ... DC, Chesapeake, Potomac, Richmond, etc.
$38 and some change with military discount.

So-so
It's always frustrating when RV parks charge extra for each kid you bring. Feels like they would prefer to not have families there when they do this.
Fairly close to the city (about 45 minutes), but you have to be careful to avoid heavy traffic times, or that commute time will double.

Nice RV park
Very quiet, decent space, not stacked like cord wood. There's about 10' between sites. Sites are about 2 narrow driveways wide, long enough for your unit and tow vehicle side by side. Propane on site, ice. Nice office, reception, roads, clean modern bathrooms. We've stayed here twice, would come again.
