Love It

We have stayed at Tall Pines 3 times in varying locations. We love it. When all the amenities are open it’s an awesome place for our grandkids, it’s quiet, the people are friendly and the location is perfect!!

Nice but over priced

Needed a place to stop for 1 night.... park was clean and staff we had contact with were friendly. Some of the long termers are allowed to "decorate" their site with a bunch of crap which makes it a bit honky tonk, not something I really want to look at when paying $65.00 a night.

Very clean and quite. We were here during the week, so I don't know what the weekend is like. The grounds and facilities are very well maintained. The pool was nice. Has a kid swim park. Bathrooms are very clean. Highly recommend.

Camper

Was here this weekend.Great new water park for kids. Beach was nice but it has embedded tree stumps you need to look out for. It rained quit a bit but all was fine. There is some standing water,but it's been a wet spring/summer,and your on the shore not the mountains. We will go back,its a great place for families. Safe and fun and CLEAN!

Nice, Spacious Site

We were in the 400 block of pull through sites. Plenty of room on the sites in the 300, 400 and 500 rows. All pull through Definitely one of the roomiest sites I have been on. Downside is the land is low. Ground is damp. You will have dirty floors in your camper. The Wifi is spotty. The wind blows constantly off the Pokomoke Sound. The bathrooms and new water park are great. Campground has planned activities. Cable TV is scratchy. Not all sites have sewer hookup. Not much around in the area except Capt E's Hurricane Bar in Saxis. There are some snobby seasonal campers there. Think they own the place. Cut you looks. Staff at the front office is great, friendly and helpful. Lots of water laying in the surrounding ditches. I'm sure the insects are gonna be crazy in the summer.

Nice Campground But Isolated

Beautiful, well maintained place but not near restaurants, etc. Grounds personnel had a leaf blower running for 3 hours straight which was annoying. Multiple stagnant water basins with significant mosquitos. We had a wonderful, spacious shady spot under pines.
