Nice place with good sized sites. Cable TV is good as well as the other utilities. Bring lots of fresh water hose, electric cable and TV cable. There are some long runs. Also no credit cards accepted, cash only. For reservations you have to send a check.

I have stayed here with Aunt's and Uncle's and my parents for many years and now I am bringing my family. The staff is allways kind and helpful. The sites are well marked with fencing and have picnic tables and park is clean. It would be nice to update the bath houses and to improve the wifi.

We enjoy staying at Tom's Cove campground every summer for pony penning. The only reason for not giving the 5th star is the cars/vehicles per site is not enforced and the roads get clogged and make getting in and out challenging and the kids under age 16 driving golf carts gets crazy. Other than that, We love staying here and we love that we can keep our boat in the water at their small marina.

Good Location, Lots Of Rules
Location, location. Next to the cove of the same name. Lovely views fishing and crabbing. Expect lots of full time residents leaving only a few of the good spaces for weekend parking. Most on the water spaces lack full hookups, other spaces require you to hookup waste on one side and extra water hose and electric cords to connect. All spaces have fence boundaries but no fire pit. A few have tables if you are fortunate. Staff lacks southern charm or good customer skills. Don't ask for a specific spot, that is not allowed. You could be offered a really bad space when many others remain open. Reservations by mail only is very challenging.
