Great Park
We stayed here for about 4 months while in the area for work and would stay again in a heartbeat if we are in the area again. Emily is fantastic and very helpful/accommodating. We felt welcome and at home from day one and were sad to leave when the time came. We stayed at another park in the area before moving here and are so glad we made the switch. This is the best park in the area. Highly recommend!

Staff Guides AND Parks
Overnight on the way to F1 in Austin. Host was out on his cart to talk us to a better back enterance and guide us to the easiest back in spot ever - and then he offered to park us (why not??). Spotless site, well placed services, and easy access onto interstate in the morning. Right next to interstate so there is road noise, but it put me right to sleep. Would stay any time I am in Waco.

Great Park For Big Rigs!
If you have a big rig, this is the place to come to. Mark is great to work with. I called and told him what we have, a 43ft motorhome and a 24ft enclosed trailer. He said come on in and he's got the perfect spot for us. He even accommodated our dogs.

Overnight Stay
We stayed a couple of nights in Waco to see the sights and this RV park was right off of I-35. You could get out and in no time be downtown. A little noisy with road being so close but with Mark the owner being so nice it was worth the stay. First campsite since being in TX that had concrete sites. Full hookups including cable.

Mark is an outstanding host. The park was the perfect stop for us on our wat North. Very close to all the Magnolia stuff, great wifi.

Mark met us as we pulled in and led us to our spot, he is very friendly and helpful. Very nice, level, shaded spot with picnic table, grill and fire ring. We didn't even have to unhitch our 5th wheel! Nice, since we were just passing through - which means we didn't use any other amenities during our time. But for easy peasy parking for an overnight stay, it was very nice, peaceful and (did I mention) shady!! The hum of I-35 was steady, but not irritating. We will stay here again next time we are passing through!

$45
Nice small park
Pros: Easy access, we had new concrete site, good digital cable and the internet actually works pretty good, most sites shaded. Owner on site and took care of all our needs. Did not use laundry but looked clean
Cons: Restroom and shower house a little small. A little pricy at 45

Does Not Exist
Do not follow these directions as it takes you downtown to a parking lot.

Great Little Park
Stayed here for one night. Mark the owner met us as we pulled in and led us to our spot. Nice concrete pad with full hook ups and great internet! Very clean little park with laundry facilities. Right off of I35 so you can hear the hum of traffic, but with both ACs on you won't bother you. Would stay again if ever in Waco!

Could these reviews be confused?
The reviews written by previous RV-ers for "North Crest Manor RV Park" seem to be mistakingly meant for the OTHER "North Crest RV Park" at I35 exit 342B. Not sure...
There are TWO RV parks in Waco TX with almost the same name: North Crest Manor and North Crest. I stayed at the northern-most park called North Crest RV Park. The manager there was a man named Mark. Nice guy. Helpful. Fantastically fast Internet WiFi speeds - 40-50 Mbps. Mark has a very fat but still active small dog. This Mark was a truck driver in Long Beach, CA once. Really liked Mark in my 2-night stay but surprised to be charged $42/night for such a minimal RV park experieence: no showers, cable TV not working, bathroom 15 feet from major road and 100 yards from my site. This park in this town does NOT deserve $42/night. This RV park is labelled with "$$$$" but only worth "$$".
I have no experience with "North Crest Manor RV Park". This park is near the center of town in Waco and has a "$$" cost rating.

Clean And Cozy
This is a nice clean park. Park Mark the owner is a super nice gentleman. This park is right off of the I35 however the coziness of this park far outweighs the hum of traffic. Will defiantly stay in this park our next travel through Waco!

One of the nicest parks we have ever stayed in. Big oak trees and shade everywhere. Mark, the manger, is an awesome man! Very friendly and helpful. We will be back.
