We stayed for night. Water was frozen when we park They kept saying we had water but not enough to shower, do laundry etc. dog park was huge BUT my dogs came back with little something all over their hair. Not stickers maybe seeds from plants had he’ll picking them out

Good Park For Overnight Or A Few Days

Free breakfast in the morning till 9. That’s another reason we decided to stop. Full hookup 50 amp and many cement pads. Long term, has covered sites. Showers and laundry. Outdoor dog wash. Two fantastic dog parks. Plenty of “poop” bags around. Some sites are very close together but for us, the pull thru was level and a good fit for our 38 ft with Jeep toad. Shopping is a short distance away and figuring out the side roads was new to us. 4 stars because I did not check out the showers. However one of the hosts told me that there were large commercial dryers in the back laundry room. (2 laundry houses. ) Highway noise and kinda cold to use the pool. Places to catch and release fish.

We try to stay here every time we are headed to Houston to visit family. Staff very friendly and free breakfast is delicious. Sites clean and level. Must pay attention to exit or easily missed. Never tried to stay during Baylor football but never had trouble booking a space otherwise.

Pop Up Camper

Stayed for 5 nights in a pop up. Hard to do in a pop up due to the highway noise and lack of shade for over night guests. Pool was nice but the long term residents tend to bring all the beer and cigarettes and cool off in the evenings making it unpleasant for families with little kids. They are friendly but smoke and loud. The breakfast is free and huge. Eggs bacon pancakes hash browns all cooked to order. The restrooms are a bit small but they are clean. No ac though so you start sweating the minute you get out of the shower. The grounds are huge and clean. Lots of well kept walking trials with exercise equipment. Plus a driving range for golf folks. The exercise room is the largest I have ever seen at a camp ground.

Beautiful Place & Everyone Is Super Nice

The park is very clean and the staff along with the residents are very friendly! Full time RV's are further back and short time visitors are closer to the front. There is a trail you can walk through and outdoor exercise equipment. Dog park is very clean and there is a wonderful little lake in the back that you can sit at. Exercise room & pool are also great. Keep in mind, this park is right off the highway so you may hear a little traffic noise when outside but I couldn't hear anything inside my tiny Casita Camper. Prices are very reasonable and they even offer FREE breakfast!!! Yes FREE!!! Food is amazing and the staff making breakfast are all volunteers so please leave them a good tip! You can tell that the people here care about their park and their customers! This place has become our regular stop for us when traveling.

Good place for overnight stay

This is the 3rd year we've stayed the night here on our way to Rockport. Really nice place and dog friendly!

Only one shower for men and only one for women and was not clean. Very disappointed. Site c23 not level!!

Nice Park/Nice Place

Nice level Site plenty of room. Greeted as we pulled up and guided to our site. Free Breakfast! Will definitely come back. Road noise from I-35 is the only negative.

Nice rv park. Stayed for three nights. Clean, large spaces, greenery and friendly staff. Large park area with a walking tour to workout machines. Free breakfast every morning that is as good as any restaurant.clean laundry room. Very close to Waco. A little noisy due to freeway but that did not bother us. Will definitely come back when in the area.

Great

Just passing through on a weekday night in September but wonderful. Very convenient in and out. Long pull through with room for my 41’ and towed pickup. Breakfast was an added bonus. Well cooked, friendly and COVID conscience. Weather was uncooperative for fishing but squeezed in a walk around the immaculate grounds

Great Overnight Stop

Right on I-35. Nice spaces, plenty of room, pull thru’s. Will stay here again.

This is a very good park. Friendly staff. Easy in and out to the highway. People talk about the road noise but what do they expect from a park convenient to the highway. If you don’t want road noise go to a park out in the country

Friendly staff with free made to order breakfast. Front desk attendant went out of his way to find us a shady spot in the hot Texas sun. Quick access to the interstate just minutes from downtown Waco.

Stayed 4 nights, very friendly folks and GREAT WiFi. We were able to stream Netflix. Breakfast was a big plus because they make it to order. Please tip though.... the spacing was a little tight between camp sites but other than that, this place was awesome.

Just Passing Through

Nice park. Easy in easy out. Big spots with plenty of room. Super friendly staff and lots of amenities on site. Did charge $5 a person/ per night for camping though (even for my 1 and 3 year old), so thought that was odd and a little off. Maybe it was for the “free” breakfast.

Great Park w/ Free Breakfast

Friendly staff, level pull-through sites, trees and grass, good showers, and highway noise no problem if your windows are closed and AC is on. Did hear a nearby racetrack one evening (stayed an extra night to do laundry): V8s in the distance. Did I mention the free breakfast? Please tip, though, mm-kay? 26’ Class C

Great RV Park

Very friendly and helpful staff with a lot of amenities. Some might say noisy with the interstate right there but we live within earshot of a mainline railroad track so we didn’t even notice it. The free breakfast was great also and college students cook and wait tables for tips which helps them and I’m all for that. Great stay.

A Little Noise But A Great Park

Just stopped for 1 night but were impressed enough that we will return. Your very close to the Interstate so it can be a little noisy but traffic lets up in the evenings. Great service from the staff, excellent free breakfast but be sure to tip big. Nice clean dog area fenced in and the park is very clean. Amazing wifi!!

This place is the best, the man at the counter told my son to really test the wifi. He did!!! and we were so impressed. The dog parks were clean and well taken care of. The restrooms were clean with big warm showers. The cafe is operated on tips and the girl working there was a great cook.

Retired

Very nice staff, gravel lot but level. We stayed two nites. Road noise only heard when outside. Cable reception not to good. The morning breakfast was wonderful. Very nice dog park and lots room to walk. Very clean place to stay. We returned on the way back through, we will stay again when in the area.

Southern Texas

Love this park! It's clean and has the extras like a wonderful dog park for our little Yorkie, super clean laundry and a delicious free cooked to order breakfast. The only drawback is the freeway noise we expected to hear.

Passing Through

We stayed two nights. The place had lots of spaces available. Most were gravel sites. They have free breakfast each morning, tip the help, food was great. We would stay again.

I Second The Freeway Noise

A very clean and very safe park reasonably close to downtown Waco. We stayed in Feb 2017 and very much enjoyed the free breakfasts!

Overnight Stay :)

We pulled in for the night and were greeted and led to our spot, beautiful and large park with plenty to do. To chilly for the pool but it looked refreshing! We had a great breakfast that was free and delicious! We would stay here again, hands down, great park!!!

Florida

Very clean, goods gravel sites, very nice pool with water feature for the little ones. Nice showers and laundry area. We stayed here and went to the dirt track races just a couple miles away. They also offer a delicious free breakfast....the servers just work for tips and they are so nice. Easy access of I-35.

Looking for a space to try new trailer out. Got in just before dark and hooked up. Very nice people and great breakfast next morning .

Great Rv park. Friendly owners and a good FREE breakfast. Only drawback is freeway noise!
