Gorgeous Lakeside Sites
We stayed overnight for our initial shakedown journey of our Winnebago View. Perfect place....wooded sites, picnic table, hookups, fire ring and bathhouses. Nice mix of rigs, far enough apart so you have some privacy. Walked a couple trails through the woods, saw beach access. Boat access nearby, but we didn’t see it. Will certainly go back fir a longer stays!

Beautiful
Very clean. Friendly staff. Electrical panels were new. Water was clean with good pressure. Entire park was very well kept. We will be back regularly on our follow up trips to Chapel Hill. Can't wait to see it through the seasons. Beautiful area!

Great State Park
Easy back in spots. Area holds a lot of people but even then the spots (at least in c loop) are far enough between that you have plenty of privacy. There was a slight mix up at the gate and they did not fave my reservations. If you make your reservations online you should probably make them 24 hours ahead instead of the 12 I did.

Beautiful State Park
Beautiful shaded sites, some on the lake. However some are narrow and don't have room for awnings or slideouts. Beach in the campground but not well groomed. No sewer but has dump station. We spend weekends here frequently and always enjoy ourselves.

Beautiful Wooded Sites
This is a great campground for a state park. A variety of sites are available. 30A service and water only. Gates lock at nite to prevent entering or leaving till the morning. Most sites are level, though some have an incline to get into. Bath houses are clean, but are not heated so it can get cold in the Fall or Spring. Many offer great views or access to Jordan Lake. If it had sewer hook up at the site it would get 5 stars.
