Quiet And Secluded
Very friendly staff, long pull throughs and full hookups. Shady spots in a wooded environment. A lot of permanent spots but for the most part they are well kept and not full of the usual clutter you see in some places. Very convenient to visiting Chapel Hill.

A Relaxing Stay
We stayed for 1 month. The monthly price did not include electricity or propane.
This park lacks laundry facilities, bathrooms, and an off leash dog run. The water pressure is middling low (30-40psi) and the WiFi drops out at times. There are more than a few full timers, some with mobile homes that have seen better decades.
If you can deal with all that, what remains is a peaceful, spacious park underneath a tree canopy 50 feet overhead. Compared to many other parks, the camper density is about 1/3. I did spot one deer wandering through early in the morning. The temperature seemed to stay 2-3 degrees cooler than nearby Chapel Hill. My space was reasonably level.
Spring Hill is a mobile park carved out of a forest, very much different than the usual clear cut parking lot.

Lovely Park
If you’re looking for a park in a wooded quiet area with sites spaciously placed this park is for you. Close to Chapel Hill and all the shopping you need. We loved it here;the only sounds were birds, chipmunks and acorns dropping on our roof. Great WiFi and lots of tv stations without cable.
