Great, Small Town Park

Such hospitality - thanks Bayard. City park across the street has gorgeous grass (better than my lawn!). We arrived at 4 and one other RV was already here. The 30 amp on our electric pedestal was out so used my dogbone to plug into the 50. Frost-free water hydrant next to pedestal. LCMS Lutheran church 4 blocks away.

Nice Place

Stopped by on Tuesday around 5 and found 2 sites open. Great place for an overnight within sight of Chimney Rock.

Nice Town

City provides 3 sites with water and 30/50 amp electric. Sites are level gravel off of a road in front of the park. Look for the water tower sites are at the base of the tower. There is a dump station on 5th about 3 blocks west of main, beside a small building. First 2 days are free if you stay longer go to city hall and pay it’s $25 a night. Park is across the street great place to walk your dog

Excellent park, only three spots with electric and water with a dump station on 5th and A avenue by the recycling station. Everyone was polite and helpful, couldn’t ask for a better stay over.

Free For 2 Days

Nice little stopover place. It's just a gravel siding across from the park, but hey its free for 2 days and then only $10 a day after. For me and most it will just be an overnight though anyway. 3 pedestals with 30 and 50 amp plus hydrants at each. Worked great. Could fit more than 3 units if you don't need power or could share a pedestal. There was 1 other unit here when I arrived. No dump. Back-in. No pull-through
