This is definitely not the correct pinned location on the map!

Off Season
Pro- site level, FHU, view of Chimney Rock
Cons- gravel, no laundry, off season- no office/store, no bathrooms, never saw owners
Felt overpriced, especially for off season.

Nice place with great views.
Great for overnight or a week. Quiet if you like trains. Very helpful and nice owners.
We'll be back.

Amazing Location
Campground is literally at the foot of Chimney Rock, which is illuminated at night. From the campground you're a short journey from other historic landmarks of 5he pioneers: Jail Rock, Courthouse Rock, Scott's Bluff. We recommend you explore them all! The campground has homemade waffle cones and ice cream, lots of trinkets for Chimney Rock, and friendly owners. We would definitely stay here again. (We were there Saturday, July 18, 2020)

Gravel level sites, great views of Chimney Rock. Distant train noise in distance, wasn’t a problem. Chimney Rock visitor center still under construction. Expected open July 2020. Price was $49 for one night out the door for 30amp.($7.50 of that was reservation fee to Roverpass.com)

Stayed one night in a 32 foot Class A with tow. Sites are gravel and level. Some minor road noise and periodic freight trains, not objectionable at all. Great view of Chimney Rock! Owner friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Great Park
Sites are level and fit our 36 ft motorhome and car. The view of the chimney rock is great, especially at night when it’s lite. I would stay again.

Good camp if u r just traveling. Very nice owners. Well maintained and Joe makes a great waffle cone. Had some flies and trains all night. Only thing to see is Chimney Rock. Showers were great. Almost no one in camp.

Ludwig’s Loving Life
We enjoyed our stay here at Chimney Rock. The train ran all night but we had the air on and you didn’t hear it. We stayed here in a 30ft Class A with a tow, perfect fit.....perfect view we were in site #8. Our down sides were there wasn’t any shade and we enjoy sitting out at night but we couldn’t, due to the mosquitoes, even with bug spray, however we sat in the captain seat and passenger seat and enjoyed the view. They even light up Chimney Rock at night, so beautiful. They have a great trading post, you can even eat there. The employees were fantastic. Great for overnight stay, but we did two and went and discovered Scottsbluff National Monument the following day. Well worth the stop for us. Happy trails!

We Like This Place ...
We have stayed here, twice. Once with full hookups for 2 nights, then dry for the 2017 eclipse for 1 night. The people that work there have been very good to us. The only downside is the train ... the first time they ran all night long ... shaking and loud. In 2017, we only heard one train overnight. Other than the trains we really like the park and the view and area history is worth learning and is close to scottsbluff. The trains cost one star ... for the eclipse in 2017 they had a cookout for all of the guests!

Great View, Down Hill From There
Office and store are closed, owners failed to mention when we called two days ago for reservations. We picked our own site, called owners repeatedly with no call back. Guess we'll send them a check. To be fair, site is level, we have water, electric, sewer, and fabulous view of chimney rock. Would never ever stay here again.
