Nice Place

Friendly hosts, great location about 8 minutes from starved Rock. A little bit of tree cover, but a lot of sites are in the open. Our site was gravel and sloping a bit, but not too bad. Would stay here again.

Overnight Stay

This was a great find for an overnight stay or longer. The name on the paperwork is Starved Rock Family Campground. Full hook up, pull through concrete pad and picnic table. New owners, who were wonderful and very helpful. Park was very clean and neat. Not far off the interstate. We will keep this park on our list when we travel to Wisconsin.

Very Nice

Stopped for one night. The 50 amp was not working on our site. Manager was very rapid to respond and resolve the issue. Very polite and professional. I was VERY impressed.

GREAT PLACE

This was a great campground before and its returning to that status. The people I dealt with polite,helpful and easy to talk with. The sites on both sides of me were empty. my site was perfect. Concrete pad ,picnic table, and fire ring .large site!!The grounds were mainly clear..except for the people across from us.the firepit was full of boxes.not a good look..But everything else was clean and well maintained.After walking around the campground that was the only issue we saw.pool was clean and open. We will be going back. Loved our 2 day trip.
