Bad experience

The roads are narrow and tight. The heated pool wasn’t heated. The WiFi only works in the clubhouse/small room. There was no cable and reception is iffy. We had a dirt/sand site and it did rain one night but we were leaving that morning anyway. The residents are mostly full time. Some full time places were in good shape but there are quite a few that are very run down with junk laying around and under their rigs/trailers. Some of these residents are shady at best. Others were friendly. There’s no one in the office on Sunday so Saturday night sounded like a big party until about 2AM. The upside was the entrance was being paved,the buildings were being painted. A new white fence was installed. The trees were cut back. Concrete pads were being poured. It looks like upgrades are being made. As this is a Sun Resort I hope they just bought it and it will improve. If you do go here lock up your belongings. We won’t be back.

Not bad, good price,.. No fire pits that I saw? People live there year long but nice stay.
