Great place to stay A lot room for big rigs down below

We showed in peak snowbird season with no reservations. We were welcomed with pleasant staff. They even accommodated us when we extended our stay. There are a lot of full timers, but it is quiet. I loved our site down by the river. The bathhouse was being gutted when we there and the pool was closed for renovations, but that didn't both us too much. I would stay there again. I especially got a kick out of the resident rooster who lived in a nearby tree and had no idea of time, he cockadoodled all times of day and night. I actually missed his antics after leaving.

No Bad All Around

A lot of full timers. But quiet and well kept. Narrow roads in park. Anything over 40' needs to park in the spots outside the gate.
