Great Location And Staff
We stayed here for a week. It is a bit pricey but we got a discount being with a rally so that helped. Beautiful location right on the anclote river. Minutes to downtown tarpon springs. Large waterfront park with lots of seating and shade. There's a boat launch, docks and little beach, plus a waterfront fire pit. Wood was provided by the RV park.
They provided donuts one day and bagels on another day for the entire campground. They also cooked us hamburgers and hotdogs with all the fixings for our rally.
Wendy the park manager went above and beyond to make us all feel at home. I've never had such great service at an RV park.
I would definitely stay there again 😀

Beware, Beware, Beware
Life happens. Medical emergencies happen. I booked
with Hickory Point then my mother had emergency surgery. I canceled 20 days from my booking. I was NOT refunded any money. I was given half in credit. That bought only 3 days in the park. And that had to be used within 6 months. Not convenient for me at all because I live 800 miles away.
I came and we stayed one night. There is only one shower that works in the men’s bathroom and only one toilet. The bathrooms are way outdated.
A plus is the park is clean and quiet and right on the water but the price tag is high. I lost $580.00 because my mother was ill. They are not very sympathetic or humanitarian.

Awesome Place.
Park is kinda out in the boonies, buts in a sweet location. They don’t have a pool but they have amazing waterfront sites and a beach. It’s on the Anclote Canal. It’s pricy but you get what you pay for. Clean, safe, quiet.

Very Pricey
We spent over $400.00 for three nights. The staff was friendly and helpful the site we choose was a premium parkview site. With a beautiful view of the waterway (Anclote River) However it was in the Shadow of the owners Million dollar three story house which was awkward. The sites are not very level, most are set up for Class A pull in and are only shell. No cable TV but great wifi and plenty of digital channels available. However the internet provider is Tengointernet and could not sign on with our smart tv. Tablet worked fine.
Nice spot on the river pretty hard to get though with all the traffic through Tampa. Would probably not return due to high prices and lack of Amenities. (Pool)

Be aware
Park is a money making machine that happens to be an RV park. payment in full is not a deposit, things happen and family members pass with no compassion or flexibility on their part. have a life issue 30 days before your reservation or they keep all your money paid in full to change or cancel that keep after money and give a credit to use within 6 months this doesn't cost that much to change a reservation as they give you the run-around also called the credit card company for a righteous and just full refund. ALL other campsites and hotels have better and fair policies in this country so be aware of this place.

TIGHT
Pulled 40' Redwood 10 hours to get there and was dark when we got there.
Very tight spaces and no room to maneuver.
Roads are very tight as well.
Was put into a virtually impossible spot in the daytime to get into much less at night.
There were two spots next to us that were not occupied during our stay that would have been better for us to get in but no one there to help.
Dinged the left front on my rig.
NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THE CAMPGROUND.
Mostly long termers.
Go somewhere else.

Beautiful place. Loved being on the water. Park owners and managers very nice. Nice park in the area with water access to Gulf. Some waterfront sites let you drive in and hookup so your view out front window is fabulous.
