Nice And CONVENIENT

The park was nice, clean and quiet the people were all friendly. Close to alot of places and beaches we will be returning

Very nice RV park in a great location within walking distance to Pinellas trail, breweries, restaurants and stores, Close to Dunedin and honeymoon Island State Park. The owner Chris does a superb job of maintaining the park always trying to improve and make the place look good. We will be back next year.

I wish I could give No Star

Poor customer service. All the bad reviews on google are true... I think there's still people there because maybe there's no vacancy in other places. Chris, the owner is very rude and he has no idea what is "Customer Service". Don't go there!

Great Campground

I had to get to warmer weather so I left Ohio with no reservations. Called Chris and he was able to get us a spot for a few days. This park has a really nice heated pool, very clean bathrooms and great water pressure. The entire campground is kept very clean and tidy. You are very close to the pinellas trail when staying here. Propane was available on site and the guy came and picked up my tanks, filled and returned them. Even helped me get them all hooked back up. And if you like ice cream it is just across the street. Many nice quaint restaurants within walking distance. We will be back here for sure. Thanks for having us Chris.

Close To Pinellas Trail

Clean, comfortable, well maintained. Stayed two nights. Couple restaurants close by. Ice cream shop next door.

NO KIDS ALLOWED!?

No stars if I could...I just got off the phone with Chris, the owner of the park and they have several spots for my RV. We have been trying to get a spot so we can live during the snowbird invasion so we can actually work. He said, "I don't think it's a good idea for us to take in more kids at this time. We have kids here already, but they ride things in the street." This is absolutely ridiculous that they would deny us a spot just because he doesn't want kids playing in the park. If that's the case, why don't you put that on your website? " WE DON'T WANT KIDS PLAYING HERE, IT'S JUST NOT A GOOD IDEA." The nerve of this guy!

Nice Place

Nice place to stay. We got a shaded spot. Very quiet. Clean and up to date bathrooms. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Home Away From Home

Stayed here for four months. Small community, tight maneuvering for big rigs. Many permanent residents but you are treated like friends. Park is older but owners are constantly working to update. Heated pool, new washers/dryers. A very friendly place to be for the winter. This will be our home away from home.

Was skeptical after reading other review's...glad we came here for our vacation. Clean, maintained older property very nice people and staff. Tight maneuvering on bigger rigs. Good location.????
