Very friendly check in and easy for us newbies. Practicing social distancing and face masks. No AC in bath house.

Great park!

Very clean nice sites and full hook ups. 60a night but they had a special buy 2 nights get one free. Very friendly with a dog park and shuffle boards. saw tons of bunnies!

Only stayed one night but found everything to be in perfect order! Loved that the location was so close to the Dunedin causeway where we could go enjoy the Gulf views. We used Uber services to go into downtown Dunedin for dinner and entertainment. Super friendly staff and would definitely go back again. Pet friendly and everything was neat and clean. No WiFi at sites and no AC in bath house.

This place in OK. But it caters to snow birds. We stay in mid June and there is nothing going on as far as activities. Don't like that there's so many permanent residents, it feels more like a neighborhood than a campground. Nice laundry room, big and well kept. Bath house is NOT air-conditioned.

Not As Good As Hoped

Disappointed. The pool was nice. While the grounds are dated they are well kept. Bathrooms have NO A/C making it difficult to use. Pets are welcome, but it seems as though many people forget to pick up after them. The laundry room emits a dryer sheet smell through out the park, I would have preferred to have the smells of camping. The staff is very helpful. Ok in a pinch, I would stay more that a nite or 2.....
