This is a great campground except for the hungry hordes of mosquitos. They really were an issue whenever outside. Lots of large, well spaced, level campsites. Many with electricity although I think that $10 a day for electricity is excessive. Weak cell service (Verizon), one bar. Many first come first serve sites, lots with electricity. Nice hiking trails. Beautiful area. Some services within a few miles. Vallecito Creek and lake are gorgeous. Premium campsites creekside. 7,900 ft elevation. No radio or TV stations.

Very clean camp sites, helpful hosts, good location for hiking (has area for horses too), right on flowing creek. And clean, but cold vault restrooms.
