Most Rude Campground I Have Ever Camped
Staff was unprofessional and extremely rude.
Campground is just ok.

Park is nice. Many sites are arranged to when you open your front door you see your neighbors front door. Nice laundry facility, town is a shirt enough drive. Employees are very nice. Evening sewer stench is horrendous and particularly worse if the breeze blows in your direction.

I would highly recommend. Spaces are wide and long so as to accommodate large rigs. Staff is friendly and facilities are clean. Would stay here again

Best In DURANGO
We just returned from our 5 night stay, very satisfied and will return. Doug and Judy go out of their way to make you stay excellent. Lots of staff to help out, they make pizza and sometimes tacos for dinner.

Great Place
Only got to stay one night. Right along side of mountains. Beautiful! Close to Durango! Loved it! Would recommend!

This is a nice place, but there is no cable tv. That needs to be removed.

Wonderful
We stayed with another couple for almost a week and had a wonderful stay. The sites are great and ALL of the staff were very friendly. The surrounding area is beautiful. I highly recommend this campground.
There site is very clear that sites are not guaranteed so we opted to pay the extra $25 so we knew our spots would be guaranteed and they where.
They had a wonderful plan for the pool allowing campers the opportunity to swim safely with their families and not have to worry about getting too close to anyone else.

Nice Place
This is a pretty nice place. The grounds back up to a mountainous area with lots of trees. Some spots are shaded and some not. We choose a nicely shaded spot but gave up the ability to have a Directtv signal. We caught up on a lot of reading by doing so. The laundry room has lots of washers and dryers (good working ones)! Full hookups of course. Nice big fenced dog “park”. (Bring your own doggie bags, none provided). I’ll be back!

Excellent Stay!
We stayed for 3 nights. The location is about 10 mins from downtown which was far enough away from hustle n bustle but close enough to frequent. The staff was nice the park was full and some spaces are tight between trees and other sites but all in all not bad. There is a laundry facility which was most helpful, a dog wash and a 2 acre dog run. Which our dogs enjoyed! The park was clean and well kept. The only suggestion I have is more trash containers around the park. There is only one and it’s at the entrance to park. I would definitely come back and recommend this park to others.

Fabulous park to stay in. All of the staff were friendly. Went out of their way to help when we had RV trouble. They called around and found us the part. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed one night while on the way to Crested Butte. We liked the park so much we stayed on the way home. When you first arrive a follow-me cart takes you to your space. Every employee we met was gracious and helpful. If you like good pizza they will deliver to your campsite. Bathrooms and showers were clean. The 2 acre dog park was great to tire the dog out. We will be back. Thanks

Overrated
Not near the river and back of the park spots where we were is near busy and loud road. Several much better options nearby. Wouldn't stay there again if it was free.

Terrible Owners! Do Not stay Here!
After having 2 confirmed, reserved spaces, made six weeks out, we arrived at the campground to be told that they only had one space and the second RV would have to stay along the side of the road in the campground. The owner Joe said that we weren't guaranteed a specific space, but we were guaranteed a campsite for each reservation. After a quick walk around the grounds, we noticed at least 3 open sites. We tried to talk to Joe and ask for one of them, but we were told that they were reserved. My son pointed to the map and asked Joe how the "side of the road" space was considered a reserved campsite. Joe completely lost his mind and started swearing at my son and calling him vulgar names. This was completely uncalled for! There are no circumstances when any adult should speak to any minor, let alone a family and paying customer in that manor!
Stay somewhere else!!! There are plenty of other campgrounds in Durango owned by nice hardworking people that respect their guests!

We stayed five days. It was a great location to allow us to tour around the area. The employees were helpful and the sites were level. The new gravel on the roads and sites was a little too deep and the sites are pretty close together and you face your neighbor...not a lot of privacy. Laundry facility was nice but very pricey. Even so, we would stay here again.
