Very nice park; clean, well-kept, friendly staff. 9/9/21 - $50 per night with full hook-ups. Discounts available for Good Sam or Veterans. Fairly quiet for road being close. One side of the park has a little stream with run-off from the hot springs situated above this park. Nice place to soak tired feet! Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and level spaces. No shower. Pull ins and back ins next to each other. Our neighbors were traveling with other rigs and totally took over our site as well. Even took our picnic table and dragged it to their spot. We will never stay at another place that has this kind of setup. We’ve been here before but the new breed of campers really suck. The owners really need to set down some rules and make sure they are enforced. Not one rule was given to us. Also the noise level from the spa across the street on Tuesday and Thursday night is horrendous.

Nice place ... no pool no showers or bathrooms

I loved this place. We had plenty of shade. Our grandchildren loved that the train that went by daily. Yes it was loud but short lived. The personnel were very friendly. We stayed here and explored daily. I will return.

Nice Little Park

Friendly folks and surprisingly quiet for as close as it is to the highway. Great location to take advantage of the discount they offer to the hot springs.

Small And Accommodating

The owners were helpful in accommodating our travel trailer in a coach site with our traveling companions in front of us in a back in site. Good laundry facilities. Perimeter spots were shady. Smaller campground-no bathhouse or playground. Easy to get to from town. Wildfire voluntary evacuation caused us to leave a night early and they were kind enough to refund us.

Nice Staff and good location, clean laundry, no bathhouse no cable. (Hot springs walk across street, heated pool pay to use but that's ok )

Had reservations for 3 nights. Arrived a day early and they were nice enough to let us dry camp for the night without charge till our site was clear the next day. Rates were resonable, spot was nice and shady and level with room to park our tow vehicle. If I'm going to be in Durango again I'll check here first.

Enjoyed Our Stay.

Bob and his wife, our camp hosts made us feel very welcome. We had a great spot and he moved our traveling couple next to us the next morning. Grass available for dogs. We will return.
