Camping With My Aunt
When i was young i did alot of camping there with my cousins and my aunt an uncle would bring out tents and we put them up. Back then there were trees and my uncle had a tarp that he got at the base and we use it for our wind brake. I have alot of great memories there. I am 54 yrs old. My Aunt went home to be with the Lord in june of this year. So im taking my family there so i can tell them of all the great memories i have of that beach. God has been so good to an my family. I will miss her dearly. I would camp thereat least 2 weeks or 3 every summer from 1980 to 1992. Then life happen. To my Aunt Emma thanks for the Great memories 😞😞😞

No HookUps
Very windy, dusty, and worn. The location and bridge make it a pretty backdrop but that's just about it.

Worse camping experience ever. Horribly windy- there's a reason they state they won't refund due to wind. Hope you have a low profile tent w/ lots of stakes. Probably OK for an RV. Our family was there on a Friday night & it was party time apparently. Loud past 11. People smoking in the bathrooms. Yuck. Would never go back

Nice Place But Windy
It's a nice place, lots of weeds all over. The wind at night was almost unbearable. We couldn't build a fire due to the wind, but during the day it was nice. Lots of available spots.

Their website says it's closed for camping until March 1st 2017 because of construction.

Has no hook ups. But it is a fun place to go too. Love the train trestle.

No shaded campsites. Nice small beach with large train bridge overhead.
