Know What Your Getting
First, staff were very nice. The park is20 minutes from downtown Williams where you will find a Dollar General and restaurants. It is an hour from the South Rim GC gate. They have wifi, but we could not get a connection to last longer than 30 seconds. They have water and electricity. You have to dump at the dump station or pay $15 to have the man come to your site. They have a set of nicer portable bathrooms for use, but only 4 shower/bathroom combination for use. We left early when all the toilets backed up-including the portables. They have 3 washing machines and 4 dryers. One dryer and one washer were out of order when we were there. Overall, the location was good for us and our needs, but the infrastructure needs updating. For the size of the park and it having tent and cabins as well as RVs, they need at least 12 showers and restrooms. What they currently have is not adequate. Thank goodness for the gas station near by.

Not Bad
The park is fairly small and has all of the standard KOA amenities. The WiFi is awful. This campground serves as a nice base camp for the Grand Canyon but for its price I would have expected a few more perks (such as trash pick up).

Nice location to South Rim but traffic is very loud early in the morning. Couldn’t get cable tv to work and had no cell service. We have ATT. They have WiFi but it was horrible. We stayed 1 night. I wouldn’t stay again.

Nice Location But Needs Work
First the likes: nice location and friendly employees. Now the dislikes: the advertised cable tv wasn't working facility wide. Told main cable damaged a year ago when some digging occurred near pool. WiFi was very weak when it was working. The water facet at septic cleanout wasn't working. Was confidentiality told by an employee maintenance was poor or nonexistent. Absentee ownership lacked care and provide no local authority or leadership.

Okay RV Park
It was nice place to stay. The staff was nice and very helpful. I wish that it had some more shade, but I was fully aware of what we were getting going into it. If you’re not successful with getting a site inside the park, it was a good jumping off point for Grand Canyon (~30 minutes away) and also Williams (~5 minutes away).

Clean, large easy-in / easy out for big rigs, close to services and the Canyon. Only negative, their price was still $89.95/night even with the pool off limits and no cable.

Nice
Nice little park. Staff was nice and their little store was open. Clean sites but cable didn’t work. Said they would send someone over but nobody showed up. About an hour drive to the Grand Canyon. Close to the highway but that didn’t bother us as it’s not super busy.

Fantastic!
What a gem! Just 5 miles from the highway to a beautiful peaceful oasis. Friendly welcome, clean sites, sparkling pool and all the standard KOA amenities. We've stayed at several KOAs conveniently located along the highway. This one is refreshingly quiet, just far enough from the busy highway.

This Is Not A Grand Canyon Park
First of all I will start off saying that the workers are very pleasant. But, this KOA is over an hour from Grand Canyon over the worst roads I've ever driven. Do not be fooled when people say it's a quiet park, there are over 75 people walking all around when we checked in, and they were walking around well after midnight. The security guy said that this was a small group, that there are always more in the summer. The waiting line to get in the shower was 10 people per shower. We thought we got full hookups, but we only got water and electricity. They did not inform us that sewer was not included in the price we paid. No, I will not be back.
