Terrific Spot
Clean and well maintained. The staff was freindly and attentive. Level sites. Some train noise, but we didn’t find it bothersome. Great coffee close by in town (Brewed Awakenings). Our new go-to anytime we’re on I-40.

Some idiot planted cottonwood trees.
So end of May and June it’s like it’s snowing. Cottonwood everywhere, you can’t sit outside and Lord knows about your AC and plugging the condenser coils.
Also just down from the train yard where they come by in the middle of the night ( anywhere from 11:30 pm to 2:30 am)
And blow their whistle!!
Someone didn’t think this through.

Gem!
We had a great time in this cute little town.
This park is exactly what we like. Not fancy but has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly, organized & treat you like you are their guest. They made our reservation for the train. We had a cable issue & they were there immediately to help get it fixed.
Its a great location to the town & train station. The sites are level. We appreciated they didn’t park us next to another coach when they had room to leave a space between us!
Will definitely return & recommend to friends!

Great Week Stay
The park is really large but it is completely packed with every amenity and then some. We arrived and the mgmt guided us around to our spot. We are a 5th wheel an the coach is 44’ long. We navigated all the turns and got in our spot with no issues. The shared wifi was spotty from time to time but adequate. The showers were clean and the water hot. There is even an indoor professional dog wash station. Lots of UTV and off road users around. The staff are absolutely on the spot if something comes up. I’d stay here again in a minute.

Nice Base Area
It nice park plenty of trees. The spots are alittle close but not bad at all. The location is great base for all the things to do in the area. Great amenties, well maintained. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is the road to the rv park is bad, but that is not their fault. Well worth going to and staying.

Safe And Secure Seniors
If you are are looking for a secure place to park, you found it. My cousin and I arrived late and were worried we would not find a good safe place to stay the night.
We were happily welcomed when we called and guided to our pull through space.
Tamara stayed on the phone and with the aid of security cameras gave turn by turn guidance.
The Railside RV Ranch is a few minutes from downtown Williams, it was quiet, they have a very nice clubhouse and we are going to check out the other amenities this morning.
Thank you Tamara for directing us in to our spot last night. I would definitely recommend your park and hope to come back!

Good campground
We were there in the middle of the Covid19 panic and it was very quiet. Campers in every other site on purpose. Check in was via phone because everything but laundry and bathrooms was closed. Would have given more stars if nightly rate had been lowered.

Loved It, Will Be Back!
We got in late and they made it so easy. Very organized, well thought out place. Super clean bathrooms and showers. They have a 24 hour gym and laundry, adorable barn play area, well set up site. We have a 42.5 5th wheel and easily pulled in and out, plus had room on our site for a extra car. Loads of amenities which we didnt have time to participate in. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Park
What a great stop! Traveling through and stopped for overnight on very short notice. No problem - super accommodating. Sites are large - absolutely no problem for our 40' rig. Clean, quiet. Nearby highway and trains not bothersome at all. Cool little perk is breakfast every morning in a very nice clubhouse. Will definitely return for longer stay.

Very Nice
We loved everything about this park. Very friendly staff. Took care of our train tickets.
Many things for kids to do. (Mini golf, basketball, super size outdoor pool table, a game room.
We loved the shuttle to the the train and also the shuttle will take and pick up to town.
We never been to a campground that served breakfast.
Plus our site was level. It has trees and space between sites. ( Not a parking lot)

Great Place!!
Great place!! Friendly people!! Clubhouse has an entire upstairs for games. A Doggie doo ranch, and a doggie spa for your pup. Even a dog sitter/walker if you want to be gone all day sightseeing. Hot tubs, fire pit, laundry, very clean restrooms/showers. You can have breakfast in the clubhouse before hopping on the shuttle to the train depot to go to the Grand Canyon. A lot of people don’t know, but you can get your tickets for the train here. I will definitely be back the next time I pass this way.

Shuttle service to the Grand Canyon Railway was provided. This is an easy 5 star stay. My entire family enjoyed their time here.

Loved Our Stay
We stayed for seven nights. Long easy pull through spots and some back ins. Staff is wonderful and helpful. Found out owners are from the same small town in Indiana where my husband was born. Small world!
Picnic tables provided; one central fire pit. Laundry and workout rooms onsite as well as hot tubs.
Never had a campground offer breakfast before; nice touch.
Would always stay here for south rim and Flagstaff attractions! Easy drive to south rim and they provide transportation to the train and downtown Williams. Love the Route 66 atmosphere of Williams.

Ok Stop
This was an ok park for a two night stop while traveling. The staff was not particularly welcoming and when I walked into the office to ask some questions the lady told me she was behind and had to return calls. The laundromat was not very clean and the doggy bag stations were empty. The sites themselves were adequate but we will find a different park next time we are in the area.

Great Experience
Stopped in without reservations. No problem getting a site. Had some issues with our RV and the woman at the office found someone who could help us out. She even contacted him herself. We’ll definitely stay here again. Sites are level and a good size.

Great Stopover On Our Way To The Canyon
Visited this nice little park on our way from deep in SoCal to the Grand Canyon and beyond. Nice long pull-through sites, full hookups, friendly staff. Easy in and out. Good facilities. Made our visit easy.

We drove out to the park on Thanksgiving Day. Small quiet park, staff was super friendly. Extremely close to Bearizona and not to far from the Grand Canyon. Clean restrooms, hot showers, and free breakfast in the morning.

Stopped here and stayed for a week, so glad we did , couldn’t ask for nicer staff! Gravel sites, but nice and level, awesome showers and restrooms! This time of year, the spa and other water related recreation was closed. Williams is a must see town very Patriotic and since we are “BornAgain Christians”, I was humbled by how many others we met! I highly encourage when you visit the downtown area to stop in where you see a window display that says “Hope For The World”and meet Cindy and Michael Rioux, they help Veterans and more!

Staff was very nice but was told EV charging was not allowed, so was not able to book with them, despite having space available.

Such a great park!
We were amazed at all they offer here! Super friendly, amazing customer service! The grounds are better than pictured above, clubhouse, sauna and hot tub are new, beautiful amenities! The rec room, and free continental breakfast area is new and beautiful also. The shuttle and train ride into Grand Canyon was a blast, would recommend it to everyone! They even watched our dog for free while we were gone! Love this place, we really felt taken care of!

Best Park Ever
This is flat out the best run, and nicest park we have stayed in. During the spring to fall season they have breakfast (waffles hard boiled eggs and cereal), a dog sitter is available, the bathrooms are immaculate and nicely done. The laundry is very reasonable. They have a shuttle for the train if you book through them. There are two hot tubs, and a game room plus an exercise room.
The sites are not huge, but most have nice shade trees. Only two things could be improved on. Pet clean up bags are not supplied (but there is a free pet salon to wash your pet). A pool would be nice, though most of the guests are retired and probably not that pool focused.

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it very much. WiFi a little slow but works ok. A short cable list but who watches tv on vacay. The continental breakfast is a real plus. And, a free shuttle takes you to the train station and picks you up!! The front desk is very friendly and helpful. Sites are close but able to open awning. Will stay here again one day!!

By far one of the nicest places we have stayed. Excellent showers/bathrooms, laundry is small but well maintained. 2 spa's, clubhouse with work out equip., horseshoes, kiddie area, doggie area, steam train goes by a few times a day for great pics. But super cold so be prepared for it and you'll be fine. Very nice staff and continental breakfast each morning. AAA and Good Sam discounts. Great place to launch for Grand Canyon.

The Best In Williams!
Everyone at the park goes out of their way to ensure that their guests have an awesome stay. The RV park is very conveniently located just out of town with easy access to the Canyons and the I-40. Though the park is next to the railway line, the trains don't pass by between 8pm and 9am making for a very quiet and peaceful nights rest. The staff also serves awesome waffles, juice, coffee and cereals for free every morning. Highly recommended!!!

Railside RV park
These guys have an awesome park. They built this park to accommodate every type of camping traveler. We stayed a week but would stayed longer if not for having to go back to Texas soon. We highly recommend Patrick and Tammara's park. The best waffles ever ! Shuttle service to the GCRR. The sites are all level, a pet spa, yes a pet spa, clean restrooms and showers. Rhonda and Mike are awesome too, friendly and helpful in every way. We will be back.

Bluebonnet Rover
This is one of the best parts we stayed in on this trip. Pat, Tamela and Rhonda were fantastic. On our first stop going west we went to see the Grand Canyon. They helped us with train tickets and provided shuttle bus drop-off and pick-up I'm one of the most fun-filled days we've had on this trip. The spot was fantastic at the end of the day hot tubs and a sauna the bathrooms and laundry were very clean and Rhonda made waffles for us every morning. We stopped again on our way back and we're just as satisfied as our first experience would definitely come here again and would highly recommend it to any weary traveler.

Wonderful People
We stay here everytime we are traveling in our RV from Arkansas to Calf.
You cannot ask for more accommodating people! Once I forgot to make reservations and realized it while traveling ... We called and stated we'd be in late that night, and asked if they have a space available. They had ONE left and saved it for us! We love this place and recommend it to all of our RV friends. They only have one requirement ... Relax and have fun!

DOG SITTER NO JOKE
We stayed here two nights specifically because we heard there was dog sitting available while you take the train to the Grand Canyon. .. they actually come to your RV and walk your dog several times during the day. .. they also made our reservations for the train and shuttled us to and back from the train. ..all for no charge.
We did tip them! The complimentary breakfast includes waffles. They have a community fire pit and firewood is provided. .. nice friendly folk. If you are not doing the train, there are other rv parks close enough to walk to historic Williams.
