Nice park. Sites are level. Adequate in size. Only negative was the train noise. Not overbearing but just a nuisance. Good base park to stay at while touring the area, Grand Canyon, Sedona, etc. Would stay here again.

Parking Lot
Just a parking lot with kids running around and parents screaming at them. Better off to stay in a Walmart parking lot.

Me
Solid place. Stayed 4 nights. WIFI was okay… the pool was good for the kids in the hotel. There is a little park and the people that stay here are all very very easy going. Great place to stay with or without family. Att has full service. Overall easy place but not too much to it. Laundry is clean too.

Great Place To Stay
What a nice campground, stayed here for 5 days while visiting the Grand Canyon, super nice and big rig friendly, staff was awesome and the laundry and restrooms were very nice, if you’re headed this way, this is a great place to stay

Great RV Park
This park was very clean and well arranged! Plenty of room to park your RV and pickup. Laundry room/bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff at the RV check in and gift shop were very nice and helpful! We would definitely recommend this RV Park. A great place to stay and ride the train to the Grand Canyon.

Nice Place
Ok, not everyone will like it but great location for day trip by train to the Grand Canyon. Asphalt parking, had buddy site with family. Yes, trains pass buy, only heard one during the night due to heavy horn use. Place clean and good hookups

Nice campground. Cable and WiFi great. Mostly clean, needed cigarette butts cleaned up in our site when we got there and the maintenance folks came over immediately. Otherwise very clean. Sites a bit close, pool and spa a long walk to hotel but good exercise. Train not only to Grand Canyon, but long and loud trains all night and day. Stayed two nights, hubby really ready to get away from noise 20 feet away.

As first time RVers we truly enjoyed our stay. I agree that more trees would be nice, the accommodation and amenities were great. The train ride was nice although we thought we would see more of the Canyon during the train ride. Again nice place, I recommend it and would use it again. Bathrooms were clean every time I used it regardless of time. Proximity to town was awesome as we were able to walk around town, have a couple of drinks, listen to local musicians and safely walk back to the RV park.

Weekend Getaway
Park is clean and level spaces, has full hookup. Didn't like how close sites are and no trees. Restrooms bit far from our site. We were backed into a site right along the railroad tracks and kept us up most of the night.

Booked 4 Nights
Booked 4 nights but only stayed 3, not their fault the weather was terrible. Big lot, lots of lava rock, tracked into coach every time we entered. The train into the Grand Canyon was wonderful, and convenient. Not much else nearby EXCEPT for the GC Brewery and Distillery across the street! Ladies enjoyed shopping in Williams.

Great location. Spent 4 nights. Went To the Grand Canyon, Winslow, Sedona and Seligman and of course Cruised Route 66 in Williams. We will stay here again. Very nice staff and very clean.

Awesome Park On Route 66
We loved this RV park. All paved so no dirt to get in our RV. Really nice bathrooms but could have been cleaner. Clean washers and dryers. We biked in the town on the Historic Route 66 loop. Our kids loved it. The cowboys show before the train ride was awesome and we loved the train ride to the Grand Canyon. They offer a kennel for your dogs so they don’t have to stay in your camper while you are gone to the canyon by themselves. We would totally stay again!

Five star park.
Only comment would be minimal amount of washers and dryers.
I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Grand Canyon.

Great Place!
Really enjoyed our three nights in Williams! Campground staff was super friendly and helpful. Sites were nicely spaced and level. Walking distance to historic Route 66 sights and restaurants, and driving distance to the Grand Canyon and Bearizona. We will be back!

We checked in today, May 7, 2018. Unfortunately, the staff was having a very bad day!! We have been traveling over 7 months across the country and this was the worst, rudest, unpleasant check in we have experienced. I still can’t believe they talked to us like that. On the good side the park is a good location! And we shouldn’t have to see the office staff again. Looks like they have a nice little park store but for obvious reasons I will find souvenirs and last minute items elsewhere. The good side again is location, location, location! Full hook ups and fairly level spots. Can’t really sit outside here because of very tight spots and nothing but rocks between sites. Well, you can but not so pleasant. Basically like a parking lot. They do provide a picnic table. It does seem safe so far with plenty of nice rigs and friendly RVers. We are here to see the Grand Canyon and spending our time there anyway. Also walking distance to downtown Williams, AZ. on historic Route 66.

Our first Grand Canyon Trip
Easy in and out spots. Most pads seem level, but the spaces between are filled with lava rock and are narrow, limiting your outside space, especially if you have an outdoor kitchen setup...You'll end up close to the neighbors hookups, or your own with slide out configurations. Wifi was great. We streamed from Amazon Fire Stick / Netflix with no issues. Minor freeway noise but right next to train tracks. Plan to be awoken in the morning with horns. No fire pits in any of the spaces although a community pit was available. Thanks to the cold and wet weather we didn't miss this to much. Space was messy due to dog crap that last resident left as a gift. Walk to hotel for pool/spa/gym is about 2 blocks, so if your old use the free shuttle. Great place to use as a base camp as you explore the GC and Route 66 in Williams. Easy to check in and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Nice Place Slowly Going Down Hill
Overpriced for what you get. Yes the bathrooms and showers, even the laundry are clean.
But they share amenities with the hotel. This means you must walk a number of blocks to use the pool, hot tub, and more or you need to walk to the bathrooms then call for a shuttle, wait, go by a free shuttle. Once you are ready to return you again either walk or call the shuttle then walk to the pickup area then they return you.
The dog walk/fitness track is a gravel path around the outside of the park. It is filled with such sharp gravel that dogs or humans prefer to walk on what remains on the border.
Grass is trying to grow on the lava rock between sites. They have also planted trees that are having a struggle.
See signs of repair being neglected.
Wifi is good at times and so slow a web page will time out instead of load.

A Parking lot
And nothing more. This place is in a noisy section of town, bathrooms require security key, which fails, often. Tight spots, zero shade. It's a parking lot that shares amenities with the hotel. There are far better choices in town.

Perfect Place As A Base Camp!
We traveled to many destinations from here, it was the perfect base camp! We were lucky and had a shade tree on our site! Ample sized sites and great pull thrus! Would stay here again! We stayed with a group of 19 other RVers in a caravan! We stayed 4 nights.

Fun and adorable camp ground. Really kid friendly. Clean showers. Nice hook-up. Pool is shared with the hotel, but still refreshing. I would stay here again.

Nice park, fairly new, paved streets and red gravel between sites. Wide sites with trees, although they are small. Give it about 5 years and they will provide nice shade. Dog walk all around the park is gravel. Nice community area with fire pit and pavillion. The train does come right behind the park and is loud when it rolls in and blows the horn. Usually once during the middle of the night it will come through. That is the only draw back.

This was a first class park. Could use a little more shade. Shuttles available to railway and pool. Very accommodating for a one day extension due to rain.
