Good For A No Frills Base Of Operation
The park is a no frills place to stay. It is very inexpensive and the services match that. The office is only open four hours a day so if you arrive outside of their hours you need to find your site yourself. I never even went into the office during our five night stay. As other have said, it does have a "trailer park" feel to it with a couple of "sketchy" Seasonal customers. The pool is only 3' deep and there is nothing for kids to do. There is also a new facility near the entrance to the park that is some kind of "halfway" facility. There was one weird guy wandering around one afternoon. Overall, not a bad place, but as I stated earlier, it is good for just a place to park and sleep.

Great!
Stayed here for a week, summer of 2021. Nice little pool, well kept grounds. Staff was very friendly! We will come here again!

Mostly Year Round Residents
It’s a decent place for a quick stay. But I definitely do not feel like I am camping. I feel like I am in a trailer park.

Stayed 3 Nights
We really liked this campground. Enough space for privacy. Bathrooms were excellent. Not fancy, but very clean. Nice roomy showers. Washing machines were a little rough, but dryers worked great. Excellent location to visit Shelburne Museum and Burlington.

Good price and friendly people. The park felt a little like a trailer park. Pool was clean and refreshing.

We came here to explore Burlington and it was conveniently located. The sight we were assigned was very tight but we made it work. The pool and laundry are nice. We would return when in the area again.

Perfect For Winter
We camped here for a University of Vermont visit. They are the only campground open at this time of year. With that said, it sourced out perfect for us.
Chris is pleasant and helpful. We were able to get a pull through site, but were quite far from the water connection. We had to buy a second water hose. We were lucky that there was a Tractor Supply across the street.
The sites are not level and have some gravel.
We did not use the facilities during our visit.
We would stop there again during the off season.

Great place to be family friendly. Prices are very reasonable and centrally located to Burlington Shelburne and Williston. Great views and beautiful People.

Good location for sightseeing around Burlington. Close to Shelburne Museum. Set off the highway so traffic isn't an issue. That being said, this is an old park and it feels like one. Although clean, the entire place could use a makeover. The infrastructure is ancient, the sites are oddly shaped, and the place needs a good scrubbing. There's a few old RVs in the park that will need to be towed out.

2 Day Stay
8/2016 - Friendly staff, lots of shade sites, gravel roads, limited full hookups and dump station is next to the office. Many sites are narrow with bushes and small trees limiting both slides and awnings for larger RV's. Closest campground to Teddy bear factory, Shelburne Farm, Museum and Dakin Farm. Worth the visit to all above attractions.
