Really Nice Campground
Stayed here 6/13/2024-6/19/2024. Great views of Lake Champlain. Sites are spacious and reasonably level. Our site had a paver patio and nice grass area. There’s a very well stocked general store with a deli ( they make a great sandwich). The site layout is terraced so most have lake views. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Laundry is VERY EXPENSIVE ($3.75 wash/dry). No cable but very good OTA TV. WiFi was ok. Cellular was good. Would come back again with no hesitation.

Tiffin Rally Weekend
This is a perfect place to hold a rally. The staff are super friendly. They want to ensure your stay is fun. I was here with several members of our club and they took fabulous care of us. Great location right on Lake Champlain. Definitely keep this on my list of campgrounds to return to.

Enjoyed
We enjoyed our stay very much. It is pricey, however, if you have Passport America it is 1/2 off. That does not apply to the premium sites that are Lakeview. We were up the hill with the seasonal sites. Sites look all to be level. Everyone including employees are always waving when they go by or stop to make sure we are enjoying ourselves. Nice pool, laundry room 4 washers/dryers $1.25 a wash or dry. Golf course kept nice; a bit expensive but we had a coupon 2 for $30, we did rent a cart for $20. There is a nice hiking trail up to the bluff, what a beautiful view. Nice store, very reasonable. We stayed here from Sunday to Saturday in a 30ft Class A.

Pricey
Showed up in 40 foot MH with 4 wheels down. They were not so full, took along time to figure out what to do with me, it was not a warm and fuzzy check in. Paid 170.00 plus for 2 days. Found out they gave my neighbors same price for all week in an small old rv. This property has a section with tiny houses, golf and the pool was cold as hell. Alot of rules at check in down to u have to get bags from office and sort your trash. I wont be back after the odd charging.

Enyoing our Stay
Nice place. Nice swimming pool and Hot Tub. Close to Champlain national beach. Bathrooms are clean. Marina just across the street. No cable. Says pets are not allowed, but we saw a lot, and some times owners not very clean.
