Nice City Park, Plenty To Do In Area.
Nice city park with a short walk to the Lake Champlain Beach. The Burlington Greenway bike path passes through the park. This bike path is in great condition. A small conservation area next door is a nice place to hike. There is water access so bring the kayaks too. Burlington offers plenty of places to eat, museums and thing to do, Sites are under tree canopy but there is little screening between sites. Since we booked late, our choice of sites was limited to those with trees and stumps to maneuver around, definitely not the best sites (avoid 79, 63, 64). The roads to our site were rutted so be careful driving in. Maybe because its the end of the season? While in the open I would recommend site 16 through 7 as where I would camp next time. The site was surface was grass and needed about 2 - 3 inches of leveling. Showers were warm but could be cleaner. Staff was accommodating. Dump station was newly updated and easy to access. Overall, would camp here again.

Location, Location
We really liked a lot about this park. We did have a rough back in location that was up an incline and difficult to get into, but this is not the case for most spots. The bathrooms were not that nice. Other than that everything else was positive. Lots of things for kids to do, space to play, bike rides are fantastic, the lake area is really nice. We would definitely visit again.

Great RV Park - phenomenal Location.
This is an RV park that is part of a Burlington City Park. Full hookups, well maintained, trees and grass. Paved roads. Two minute walk to a beautiful beach on Lake Champlain. The beach has a nice concession stand for the usual beach fare (including soft serve ice cream. Right on a wonderful bike trail that runs along the shore, into a forested area, and right into town (an easy 2 mile ride.) We are self contained, so haven't seen the bath house, but all we have seen is well maintained. This is a real gem!

On paved former Island Line roadbed. About nine miles. Go south into Burlington, or north for scenic glimpses of beach and Lake Champlain.
