Newly opened. Utility hookups new, good condition. Workers very helpful, friendly. Nice quiet location. Sites need pads for a picnic table. Sites are basic no picnic tables. Area next to the trailer is low and water stands. Rained twice during our stay and had to walk in standing water to get into trailer. WiFi works good but very slow.
