Welcoming Cabelas

Asked permission to stay overnight and warmly welcomed to overnight. Need to stay on far left side when facing the store. There are signs as you enter lot directing to RV parking. Some pull through spots. Tolerable level. No interstate noise as just far enough away. There is an amusement park nearby that we could occasionally hear squeals of fun from riders. One train passed by. This is in the Charlotte flight path so some airport approach noise. Actually very quiet night by 10ish. A few trucks stayed too but did not run engine all night. Good overnight.

Excellent parking accommodations across from Carowins. Fun to hear the people on the rides close by. Thank you Cabelas

We called ahead to stay the night and the woman on the phone was very friendly. We arrived around 1am and there were still a couple spots available. The negatives were the weird french fry/sewer smell and the sound of traffic and airplanes.

Nice quiet place at night. It can be a bit noisy during the day due to close proximity to the Carowinds park rides. They allow overnight parking. There are several good restaurants within walking distance.
