Enjoyed Our Stay

We are new members. We found this place to be accommodating. Staff was friendly. Great pool. 1st site we had was lovely with a great view but no sewer hookup. We requested to move since there were several empty spots with sewer. That was no problem. We even extended our stay for 5 days. Great location with plenty to do in the area.

Some Good Some Not So Good

Bathrooms are individual and clean. Some sites are large and have two rigs on them. The site we were given almost did not fit our 39'. Most sites are with out sewer,but they will charge you $15 a time to pump you out. It is a great location to visit the battlefield and surrounding towns.

Not Worth It

We stayed here on a free weekend and that was still more than it’s worth. Sites are very small and close together. The place looked like a refuge camp. The sales staff are rude to start with then when you share your opinion with them and told them you are not interested in joining they became nasty. There are so many nicer places to stay in the area. The only positive thing I can say is the bath house is very well kept. We actually left a day earlier than we planed

cramped in your site like a sardine can not worth becoming a member at $15000 sites are small dont request a certain site because you wont get it best part of my weekend was when we went into gettysburg just to overcrowded and noisy

Love this park so much we became a member! Sites are large, bathrooms very clean, laundry facilities nice. Enjoy the arts and crafts. Luke is the best!

Member And Work Camper

Love this place!! Staff are amazing; management is wonderful. Located thisclose to town of Gettysburg; resort is actually on battlefield. Members are lovely and very welcoming.
