We hated to leave here. Jenn was more than helpful. Will be back when we camp near here

Cheated us out of 1 night stay. Told us you stay 6 nights you get the 7th free and your free one was the day we were closed. Campground is messy, no TP available in restrooms. Showers not clean with leftover soap & hair. Sites very close together, nosy at night. with loose dogs running around.

Perfect Location For Visiting Gettysburg

First trip to Gettysburg. Stayed here for 3 days so we could tour the battlefields and museums. This is the perfect location. Take a right out of the driveway, drive a few miles and you will be right in downtown Gettysburg! The campground was busy on Saturday but cleared out to just a couple campers at the beginning of the week. It was hard to get to our campsite and around the campground when we arrived. Once camper was parked we enjoyed our site. It was spacious and gravel so we were not in mud when it rained. Other sites looked spacious but some were not good for long campers. We have a 35ft trailer that would not fit in a lot of the sites. Hookups worked great. Cable had several channel opinions and Wi-Fi worked really well. Sunday night got a text saying there was a water issue and had to shut it off. Got a few more texts with updates but did not get notifications when water was back on. Had to boil water which was a pain. Overall good experience, I will stay here again.

Very Nice Campground

We visit Gettysburg every year and camp here. Great place to stay. Nice spots beautiful creek, plenty of shade and 10 minutes if that to downtown and Battlefield. Always look forward to this trip.

Really Crowded

This is very tight for Tents and 44 ft campers. Shaded and in shaded sites. All roads are rock, camp sites look level with crushed river rocks many using blocks. Very clean but I do not like the crowds.

Close To Battlefield

My family just finished a 2 night stay here. The campground has a lot of amenities such as miniature golf and swimming pool. Its located close to historic Gettysburg and the battle fields. We had a creek view and my kids fed the ducks. We dont plan on ever going back. If wasn't a bad campground but just not our style. The campground was super crowded with large groups of people and kids/dogs everywhere. The sites were short and right next to eachother. Our neighbors set up a tent almost up against our rv. Our picnic table was next to the neighbor's sewage hook up. We had to park our towed car across the way bc our site didn't have room for a 23 ft motorhome and small car. Dogs were chained up all night outside. Not recommended for a relaxing camping trip.

Good Place, A Bit Crowded

We were here for several nights in October. Decent during the week, but once it filled up on the weekend it was too much. Sites are too small for high occupancy times. Lots to do here. Staff was very helpful, but the camp store closed too early (7pm). Bathrooms were clean, just a bit tired. We would stay here again, but might also try something new.

A Great Campground

Clean, organized, lots to do for families and children.

Top Notch Place

Great location with shuttle service to Gettysburg battlefield tour. Clean restrooms and friendly staff. Lovely sites, especially creekside. Whole family loved the pool. Overall a terrific experience.

Spent A Week Here

We camped here for a week as we explored Gettysburg. Our site was along the creek. What a fantastic site and campground. Level, large sites. Extremely clean and well kept. Plenty of shade without having to maneuver the trailer around trees. Would definitely choose this campground again when back in the area.

Weekend getaway

First time camping in an RV and this location wasn’t bad. The staff was very friendly but with heavy rain the week prior the creek flooded the lower camp sites and the higher ground sites had sitting water.

Great place to camp. Friendly people, clean place, and pet friendly for my chow. Had a great weekend camping here. I will come back. Thanks.

Gem On The creek

Living in the area, I have always been a little apprehensive about this campground because it sits right on 116. We stayed here for our “maiden” voyage in our new camper to get out all the bugs. First off, the staff is absolutely fantastic. Friendly, informative, helpful and yet attentive to keeping a clean, safe environment. The campground was quiet and tranquil (despite being on 116), especially along the creek. Activities were well-planned and the all amenities to make this a fantastic place to not only start our RV journey, but return in the near future when we just want to get away. Truly a gem of a place that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Gettysburg area.

Great campground. Plenty to do. Mini golf, shuffleboard. Volleyball, basketball Quiet clean, ice cream shop

Great Place To Go

Clean, clean, clean. Sites well taken care of. Bathhouses are very clean. People are great. Staff helpful and upgrades are done every season. Events are fun to go to. My only issue is that some sites are all stone. No grass. I am sure that too will change. Great place

Great location, very nice staff. We had an electrical issue when we first arrived and they helped us troubleshoot and solve the issue, with a smile. Sites are fairly level and gravel. Clean, everything is clean from the office to the laundry room. Close to downtown Gettysburg and all the sites and museums. There is plenty to do in season; pool, put-put golf, four wheel pedal carts, playgroung, fishing, very well equipped game room and hand dipped ice cream. Definately worth the stay and would stay again.

Great campground. Our first time. Camped in T Trailer next to creek. Flat & wooded sites. Bathrooms spotless! Quiet. Owners and staff excellent. Would definitely go again!

Quick Weekend Getaway

Flat sites, clean...SPOTLESS...restrooms, great food in cafe, very friendly staff and campers, super awesome will come her again!!!
