Paid $29 to dry camp and the Bear branch loop. As mentioned the campsites are very clean. Camp ground host was very nice. And the young staff were awesome. Great swimming for the kids at the lake just all-around beautiful park. As mentioned before there were kids climbing the rocks all the way to the top of the falls. And you couldn’t get a decent picture because they left their shoes and gear all around the rocks. And remember when camping your bright lights at night are not cool

Nice Wood, But.....
Nothing like in the description. Only 30 amp available, no sewer, no water. Some sites have a central water source available, but no for hookup.
For 35$ I would expect more. Funny thing is, the “camp host” has full hookup as the only one, so why not just extend that??

First State Park
Very nice place to camp
clean showers
Stayed at Houck loop
Family oriented
Camp store not stocked well; firewood and not much else. Falls full of people not following the rules; in the water and climbing rocks even though posted not to.
Nice level sites; well managed and groomed
