Flat sites. Wifi speed test came in at 2 mbps, my cell does 25 to 50. Highway was way too close, not too much traffic though. No turnaround at office, so park on side to check in. Nice staff. Not much of a pond, nice river view from the pond. Way out of town but not quiet.

Absolute Dream
Everything I had hoped for! I looked at all of the other sites in town and this was the best! I didn’t want to stay in the busy town with the noise and bright lights, this was perfect for scenery, sunsets, and stargazing. We were able to reset our whole trip with the great laundry facility and showers (clean private/single person shower/sink/toilet units), couldn’t have been better. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. My 3 kids loved the little play area, tree swing, fishing (provided free use of fishing poles and bait), and just taking in the river front views.

Great Place
Loved Cody Trout Farm. Nice owners, north of town in the country. Beautiful sunrises surrounded by farms. Little fishing pond, nice, grassy dog run. By the hiway but not too noisy. Close enough to town for seeing the Buffalo Bill center of the west. Will stay again.

Great Spot For Pets and Kids
We had a wonderful 5 day stay at Cody Trout Ranch. Derwood was a fantastic host and was always available to answer our questions. The fenced off-lease dog park was a major bonus. Restrooms and showers were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the coffee lounge. The kids had a blast playing on the playground and fishing in the pond. We snapped some beautiful photos of the sunset over the Shoshone River. We had easy access to everything Cody has to offer (rafting, museums, shows, and restaurants). Yellowstone is a quick trip and can be accessed via several amazing scenic byways.

First off this place has a great place for dogs! Nice grass and clean! BUT, the spaces are crammed in there and only about 45’ long. No grass at the sites, only 2” washed gravel that you can’t walk on or set a chair on. Next, the utilities are in the wrong place. Better have a very long cord to plug in or park backwards like we had to. Our spot was very in-level which made plugging in even more difficult! Staff was very rude when we told them about our problems hooking up. So, the only good thing was the dog park.

Clean and well kept, Great WiFi.
We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the park and facilities. Sites and grass well maintained. Gave 3 stars because staff was not real friendly and had difficulty using laundry facilities. Staff was using the 2 washers and 2 dryers to wash linens for the tipis. These were tied up for 4-5 hours. Trout pond was very small, but we caught 20-30 fish. The WiFi was fantastic, kids were able to stream. Dog park was well maintained.

Nope Nope Nope
I had made a tent reservation. Upon arrival we paid them for a tent site and were then informed that they are only licensed for RV camping. My fiance and I ended up having to go find other, last minute accommodations at a MUCH higher cost. The 3 options they showed us were either flooded or gravel hills. I worry about any business that is willing to play fast and loose with the law, especially when that business is creating food and has a gun store on site.
