Spendy, But Great Service.
We stayed in their tent area. It was great! The staff was super friendly and supportive. The bathroom and laundry room were very clean and convenient. They even had a rec room for catching up on work.

Bad Customer Service!
Make sure you call to confirm your reservation before 1:00pm, if not they cancel it!!!! I tried calling at least 25 times got busy signal each time. Then I lost my phone signal crossing the mountains. When I finally got my signal back they had canceled because I didn’t call by 1:00. Even though I told them I tried and it was busy and then lost my signal. They didn’t care! I’m sure they can charge more for people coming in without reservations.

Ok For Overnight
Stayed one night. Sites are close together. The check in area can be heavily congested. Coming out of Yellowstone take the second entrance on the left not the first. You could end up on dead end road. Reserved a pull thru site but got a back in instead so had to unload my toad. My site had a canyon in back that I was perched over with the RV. Lots of restaurants in the area. Most specializing steaks. If you have time visit the Buffalo Bill museum.

Great Location But A Bit Crowded.
The neighbors had to retract their awning so I could put out the slide. Moved over and my awning was less than a foot from the neighbors. Good location, friendly staff, clean bathrooms. Cable was a bit fuzzy. Reasonable price. Would stay again.

Is What It Is
Your close to everything Cody has to offer. You are also close to your neighbors and finding a place to park your truck is a pain in the @ss. Most
sites are tiny. Bathrooms are decent. If this is the worst place you've had to drop a deuce or take a shower, consider yourself lucky & just go boondock. The WiFi sucks, for some reason even the cell reception sucks when you're at the sites & the cable is hit & miss. The staff is really friendly and helpful though. If you're looking for a centrally located CG & don't care about Wifi and parking an extra vehicle this is YOUR spot.

Awesome Campground!!
We stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The office staff was great and very helpful. Very clean campground and laundry room. It’s a big place right in town and close to shopping, museum, park, restaurants etc. We went to a dinner and show called “The Cody Cattle Company” and we had the best time with the all you can eat dinner and music, it was great!!!
I would stay here again and again and recommend it to anyone.

Meh
Not terrible, not great. Nice laundry room. Spots were level, but hook ups were odd. Electric was on one side, water on the other, sewer behind. Friendly staff. WiFi didn’t reach far into the campground. Our spot was missing the picnic table.

Rolled into Cody 7 pm... headed directly to the Ponderosa and tried to check in. No one at the office, read the instructions and headed to a site. NO WATER!!! -even though the instructions directed us to site that were shown to have water! Called the office phone... no answer. Last.... $55 a night for no service, no water, and..... no accuracy...
Take the time to go to Red Lodge, MT and stay at Perrys...they get 5 *****!

Just Ok
The only plus is CG is very convenient to town and all area attractions. The minuses are several to include grounds not maintained, no WiFi reception and not enforcing speed limit. When you have gravel roads and even the maintenance people drive fast that doesn’t speak well for mgmt.. Their website stated that pull thru sites are $50 and with Good Sam it’s $45. Not so. We were charged $50 per night. When I pointed that out to them the next day, Robin (who supposedly was an owner) said I was the only one to bring that to their attention! They had a dry erase board with their “now” prices. Talk about false advertising! It appears to be a great place for loud motorcycles too. We will look elsewhere for a better place next time

I Have Stayed At Worse.
Really good location and friendly staff but that is were the good times stop. The bathrooms were very outdated and I don’t like for people to see me shower. The shower curtains didn’t meet the sides of the walls so anyone could see you or come into your shower stall.
My kids did enjoy the playground and the the town is really cool. I would visit again but would probably stay somewhere else.

Falling Downhill.
We use this campground as base camp. Have stayed here since 2007 when we come to Yellowstone. Over the years we have noticed issues but the price was fair. This year they have went up to a price that not sufficient to what they offer. Cable signal is in and out. WiFi doesn’t work unless your close to office and then not great. Grounds not maintained. (Let people leave dog poop all over, and have mowed grass when it clearly needs it) When they do water grass better not leave anything outside or it will be soaked and won’t be able to come out/in camper without a mess. Guess what I’m saying is if you want to stay somewhere poorly cleaned but close to attractions this is your place. It’s sad to see a nice park go down hill because they won’t put money back into it.

Awesome!
We really enjoyed our stay. We spent two nights here. We have a huge rig and they had no problems accommodating us. Lots of “elbow” room between the sites. They don’t accept CC, but they have an ATM if you need it. Awesome staff, would defiantly stay here again!

Friendly Staff, Close To Everything
We stayed just one night 9/16/17. Staff was EXTREMELY friendly. Our spot was on the canyon rim at the back of the rv park. Did not notice any road noise. Yes, spaces are fairly close together. Husband used the bathrooms- said they were clean and there was no wait. Very close to museum. We would stay here again.

LOVED!
The staff is super friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were nice with lots of showers compared to your average amount. Also felt like you weren't in town which was nice. Only complaint is that we were in a crowded spot in a corner and had to wake our neighbors to move their pickup so we could leave

Loved It!
Very level RV spots with grass between and a picnic table convenient to our camper. Office staff were helpful and friendly. The location is within walking distance to the Buffalo Bill Cody Center and within easy driving distance to others. Easy entrance and exit of RV park. Very quiet. I will stay here again when I come back this way.

Insufficient Bathrooms
Booked this campsite because it was advertised as conveniently close to town. We did walk to the Buffalo Bill Wild West Center, but downtown was too much of a hike for us.
Campsites are crammed together, and campground resembles a large parking lot. This isn't the kind of place where you sit outside in the evening.
Bathrooms are clean, but inadequate for the number of people. Camped here two nights over Memorial Day weekend, and nearly every spot was taken. Nevertheless, only one of their two bath houses was open. Other said "closed for the season." The one that was open had three showers, but only two toilets and sinks, and was very cramped.
We had planned to stay three nights, but we are going to stay at a state park down the road tomorrow that costs less than half what we paid here and has beautiful scenery.

Very Nice!
Stayed here last May, came back a 2nd time. Nice location, in town close to everything in Cody. Yes, next to a road but Not the highway. Quiet after about 9pm. If you want to see Cody, this is the place to stay. If Yellowstone is what your after, keep going. Way to far to drive back and forth everyday. There are RV parks closer.

Not Enough bathrooms
Not enough bathrooms, if you need to go and there is someone showering and tying the facilities up for a half hour and the next person doing the same. Get the idea and if one bathroom is out of service. Had to crap in a trash can. Mutch to the pleasure of the owner. . Filthy floors in the shower so bring your shower shoes. Fills up nightly ,there is not mutch choice. Would not ever stay there again.

Convenient
We stayed 6 nights. ..yes sites are a little close but there is grass. .. a dog area with doggy bags and trash can to use... restrooms were clean. . Be prepared to pay with cash or checks.. no credit cards... fills up every night.
.. make a reservation and arrive on time or they give your site away. . Husband went on a 12 hour tour of yellowstone and they picked him up here. ..also had a guy who washes rv's for $2 a foot...We would stay again

Small spaces less than half a parking space between sites. The office doesn't care about the size of it rig, just shove them in.
