Nice Campground Way Overpriced!

Cramped is an understatement here! If you have a camper and two rigs forget about it! Most of this campground is full time residents that never leave and because of this it makes it difficult to reserve a space plus management tries to overcharge for everything! It’s a California owned property so the slum lords that own the place don’t care they only want money! The gate does help with crime a bit but homeless still hop over the back fence and get into the restroom/showers and steal all of toilet paper! Make a horrible mess! And they only clean the restroom like twice a week so good luck with that! I definitely would not recommend this campground unless they really pull it together!

Pulling Your Hair Out Yet?

Look if you don’t make a reservation two years in advance!!!! Don’t think about Portland!!!! To many full timers live here YES! I mean live in Portland just in an Rv not a house but yea they live here ! So it makes it impossible to find a space unless you book WAY in advance! Even then you may never find a space in the Portland area !

40ft MONACO

Nice place its relaxing place too get sleep. 50 amp breakers ,cable and good concrete pad too park in. The work staff are friendly and helpful. Wifi doesn't go out too the park. But I have a wifi booster from winguard or just use my cellphone.

Bad

No wifi. No cable TV, only over the air channels. Full of residents. Will not be back unless they do some upgrades.

Fulltimer

This place is just like setting up in a parking lot. They charge $65 per night. The bathrooms are only cleaned once a week. So by the weekend they're filthy. It has little or no parking for your vehicle. It's no wonder they had available spots for the weekend.

Overpriced

I nearly lost it when the person who answered the phone said $85 for a night!

Not Set Up For Overnights

No TV and no wifi we left without staying.
