Great Park!
We really enjoyed this place alot! There are no full timers here. That park is up the road further. Reeder beach is amazing, has a locked gate at night keeping party goers at bay. This is a nice quiet park, very well kept and maintained. Nice to have a beach access right there to enjoy. Love watching the big ships go by. Close to Portland or Scappoose for amenities. Great local farms to pick berries too. Nice hidden gem. Looking forward to returning.

Old Run Down! Creepy Full Timers!
So it’s ok if your into creepy full time residents that look like a bunch of creepy sex offenders! People only stay here or in the campground up the road because of the sleazy nude beach! This whole area has that creepy sex offender vibe to it! Not joking!!!!!!!

Gem!
This place was such a find. We got a spot right on the river with a nice sandy beach, but since we arrived late at night, we had no idea how great it was. Imagine our pleasant surprise when we got up the next morning. We loved it so much, we stayed longer than planned. The campground is clean. The bathrooms clean. The store pretty well stocked (but there's also another a mile or so down the road).
The island is absolutely beautiful. The people friendly. Portland is just a 20 minute drive away.

Great River Frontage
The actual campsite isn't nothing special, but it's clean with a nice grass area for pets and full hookups for cheap. Great access to the river and awesome sandy beaches with walking paths and beautiful views. It's a little out of the way from the freeway but if you want a peaceful place to relax that's quiet and safe it's a nice private stop.
