This is a beautiful quiet park. It does have a home feel with its residents and staff. The owners, Mrs Tina & her husband, Jeff, are excellent people to get to know!
The price for a spot is an average for this area but a better bang for the money with its club house for those relaxing days and a very clean pool to take a dip in when the days been hot there's even a pavilion area to gather with other rvs to talk and share a evening.. and to compare it to several other R/V parks locally.
It's has the benefits of entertainment next door at the HonkyTonk and a Walmart a half mile away also a Chills restaurant practically next door..

Great Stop For A Cyclist
I am touring the southern tier and it was my pleasure to stay at this fine RV park & campground. The club house is top notch with a fully loaded kitchen, a gym and a nice living room type environment. There is also a nice pool but I did not get a chance to use it. I would definitely recommend this as a stop for a cyclist or and RVer.

Dumpy and old. Lots of old trailers with lots of yard junk.
