Immaculately maintained park. It's an RV park and marina. Although there are many long term people here, it is clean and neat. Security gate is an added bonus. Highway noise is VERY loud in case that bothers you.
If traveling east, be sure to take exit 855b. It's the straightest, shortest path to the park.

Nice And CLEAN Campground
This is all concrete, level sites. Nice and roomy. I would call ahead because you need a gate code to get in. Near I-10 so there is slight freeway noise but nothing the fan would not drown out. It is fenced-in, so you feel more security about being in this area of town. I would definitely stay here again.

Called a few days before arriving. I was not sure about day of arrival. She took all my information so I would have a quick check in. Then tried to call 3 or 4 times, never a response. On good faith we arrived at locked gate, this was during a torrential rain storm, no response to another phone call. This is on a very curvy isolated road. We had to back up and turn around down the road. What we could see thru the rain, looked like a parking lot. I suppose if you needed a marina you would like this place.

Great place to stay. Nice and big concreted RV pads. Gated RV park. Enjoyed being out by the Neches River with the family.

Perfect campground for our needs - one night stay. Nicest people work here and are very helpful. They need some trees/shade.

fenced in and empty. very depressed area of Beaumont. phone message was "we are away from our phone". i guess when they don't answer or return message, drive on. I 10 from Beaumont into Louisiana is the worst paved road i have EVER been on.
Reply from owner/manager: We apologize for missing your call. Our RV Park was empty because it was under construction during December, repairing extensive damage from Hurricane Harvey from the previous year. We have now finished repairs and new construction and are open for business. We cannot, however accept responsibility for the roads in and out of Louisiana.
We welcome RV travelers to visit our web site at https://www.beaumontrvmarina.com/ to see our new facilities and hope yall come see us soon! We are right on the Neches River.
