Good Overnight Spot
I have been here before when the nightly rate was $16. The park is a "plain Jane" parking area with designated sites, good electric, and nothing special. There is some freeway noise, but I sleep with a CPAP so the noise is tolerable. There appear to be a lot of semi-permanent units here. I think $25 is a bit high for this park, but it served my need for an easy overnight stop.

Informal To A Fault
Call the listed number, get "Nathan's" personal voice mail. He doesn't call back, and he apparently doesn't take reservations. Show up, and the office doesn't open until 6 PM. No maps, rules, handouts. Find a spot that suits your rig, pay after 6 or the next morning. Spaces are level, pretty clean, though park perimeter is trashy. New wifi works great, $3/day. Some "exit avenues" are unmarked dead ends. Play area with trampoline for the kiddies. Dusty work was in progress.
At $25, not the amazing value it once was at $16. OK for an overnight.

What Do Ya Want For....
Sounds like they got big plans. But we pulled in cuz of a cold snap, and found the bathrooms have no heat.
All in all...ok for the price.
