Great place to spend the night been here several times while traveling through this area. Gravel but sites level, they have gone up in price but with Veteran discount made it ok. Restaurant was closed is why only 4 star

Overnight Stay
Large spacious sites that should accommodate any size RV. Staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities were located at by the office and in the back corner of the park. This park is very big. Lots were level. WiFi worked with no issues. The entrance to the park is a little trick, particularly if you are focused on the large gas station at the exit. Not a big concern. Our GPS just rerouted us around the block. Lots of full timers, but not an issue for us.

Great Stop
Cost $50/ night $45 Good Sam discount I didn’t actually stay here because I had a reservation at Fort Stockton Resort and RV Park. They actually gave me written directions to where I needed to be.

Bad Rv
I don’t understand how this Park has received such a good reviews. I. Summary: no internet, no Tv, pitbull without a leash, noisy , bathrooms need maintenance and no response to concerns during our one night stay. We will definitively never go back. Nice ladies at the front that it is the only positive in this park

Great Park
Nice little restaurant on site. Good home cooking at a great price. We stopped here for just one night. It was great to not have to unhook to get something for dinner or cook after a long drive. Everyone here are very nice!! Park is clean & well maintained. Bathrooms are very large and the pool was cold on a hot day!!

Always A Nice Place
Stop here every time we travel across country. Usually a couple times a yr. Unfortunately only an overnight stay. It's one of those parks that I wish I had the time to stay longer. Pleasant, quiet, clean, good folks, easy access.

Overnight Stop
Had reservations for an overnight on our way west. Park is simple on/ off from I-10. Looks a bit desolate. Trees near each site but shade would be precious in warmer months. Overall an Excellent choice. Separate tent area with platforms. Close to the interstate but not excessively noisy. Simple efficient checkin. Office has basic rv supplies and Blue bell ice cream!! Large, level, gravel sites. Didn’t have to unhook. Large fenced and lighted dog park, pool, playground and walking area. Best of all the Roadrunner Cafe. Dinner and breakfast, limited menu but everything was great and great service. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended!!

We stayed here for a stopover before heading to Big Bend and on the back from the National Park. It is clean, quiet and well maintained. I washed our clothes on the way back and the machinery all worked very well!

Well kept park
Stayed one night. Staff was courteous and. Sites were mostly level and spacious for our 40' + tow. Used the pool which is good sized. It is Sw Texas so a little dusty. Due to traffic in and out of park I recommend asking for site away from main entrance if possible. Basic cable was good and wifi ok for browsing .Easy access from highway, would stay here again.

Rambling Randy
Out in the middle of nowhere. Park kept up very well. Office people very nice. Good experience, clean bathrooms, excellent laundry. The cook in the kitchen is a real creep. Food over priced. Problems with electric. At times shows reverse polarity. Mgr aware, said it's because of how dry the soil is, loses ground. Really enjoyed the hiking in the desert. Very nice.

Nice Spot!
Very convenient to I-10 but road noise minimal......was 23F out so all windows closed up tight though! Very easy pull in spots spaced nicely apart, we had plenty of room for our 4ft slide out and 28ft trailer plus pickup. Full hookups. Only stayed 1 night but will come again.....with AAA was $38. Did not use rest rooms/showers/restaurant so cannot comment. Check quick and easy - staff very friendly

One-nighter
This park was fine for a single night but there really was nothing to do once you visited Fort Stockton if you stayed longer. The people were friendly. I didn't try the cafe because it was a little pricey. The one issue I had was with the showers. The doors were cut approximately 18 in from the floor and it was a co-ed bathroom facility. I kept expecting some kid to crawl under the door. I like a little more privacy in the bathroom.

Ok For Overnight
Would not make this a destination for itself, but was ok for a one nighter. Pool water has not been replaced for more that two years I think - you can barely see your feet. Not much to see. Many vacancies when we were there, so plenty of space. Big dog park w water and poop bags a big plus.

Will Stay Here Again!
We stopped in for one night. The dog park is perfect! Well-lit at night and had plenty of poo bags. The bathroom/showers in the back are just right...4 bathroom “suites”, each with a shower, toilet, sink, and bench. We called about a toilet being backed up and they came immediately to fix it. The floors are pretty much always wet, but they’re clean bathrooms. We tried the cafe for dinner and split a chicken fried steak. Y’all. That food was awesome! The green beans, not so much. But the chicken fried steak was PERFECT. We liked dinner enough that we delayed our morning departure so that we could have breakfast there. Highly recommend the pancakes and hash browns. We will absolutely stay here again! The staff was very friendly as well!

I Dont Get The Great Reviews
Solid 3 stars. I read thru the reviews and stayed here for 2 days. $40 w/o GSs. It's a heavily used RV park for one night stops. Starting in the afternoon RVs lined up 4 or 5 at a time for check in (which takes about 45 seconds and honestly amazed me). PROS: The showers are ok. It's relatively flat though I used 2 leveling blocks. Close to a Walmart (10 mins). Friendly staff except for the a-hole on the tractor (see below). CONS: The cafe sucks, had the chicken fried steak others recommended. Comes with canned green beans, cold mashed pots, and, was a fried piece of grizzly meat that I hope was beef; all for $17 with a soda, tax & tip. Smelly laundry room had 2 broken washers filled with festering water. Some bldgs have broken boards and are covered with peeling paint last put on in the 60s. Park is 5mph, except for the a-hole on the green tractor. He once whipped around a lo-viz corner doing at least 15 mph, saw me, then started angrily motioning for me to slow down.

Great Park Unless It Rains
This park is beautiful and very clean! Office staff are friendly, the cafe has great food, laundry and pool are very well kept BUT every time it rains the power goes out. The power went out 7 times in the 3 months I stayed and fried my surge protector. Aside from that, great park.

Freeway Noise
We were there in a 32 ft trailer. Restroom and showers were clean, homegrown and a little crude. We asked to get away from the Freeway, but could only move two spots further away. Thankfully I have good ear plugs, there was a noisy truck every 30-60 seconds. If you are up by the office, should be fine, but if you are in the cheap seats and LIKE noise, you will be OK there as well. The manager must be quite deaf, because he said there is no truck noise

Nice Place
Only stayed one night but they put the full time residents on the outer edge of park and they were very nice. Internet a little weak but no login. Pool needed to be a little cleaned but the laundry has enough washers and dryers for the park. Friendly cat that loves to be petted which made me feel welcomed. Clean, would stay there again!

Nice Spot To Stay
Very quite for being so near the interstate and very convenient just 4 miles east of town. Had breakfast in the dinner and it was very good and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again. It was safe and seemed very well managed, just dusty like all of west Texas.

We only stayed overnight so didn't have opportunity to checkout bathrooms. Sites were easily accessible. Office staff was courteous. Site was unmaintained asphalt so somewhat uneven though clean. They had a pool, restaurant, wifi, and cable TV, none of which we used. The location was convenient in that it was right off the interstate, however we could hear the traffic all night. All in all it was worth the $33 we paid.

We Would Gladly Stay Here Again
We would gladly stay here again. People (both staff and residence) were very nice. Gravel roads and sites. And the site we stayed in could use some leveling. But the dog area and rest of the amenities were fine. We were in a 39' 5th wheel.

A Good Place For The Night
Easy access from the interstate though not as loud as you would expect given the close proximity. Campground is clean with some nice amenities. I understand the restaurant has wonderful food. Campsites are easy access and for the most part clean. I'd give this an honest 3.5 stars. It is not a luxury accommodation but a good place to overnight.

Good price. Great place but a little dusty from the calichie roads. Nice wide spaces between RVs. Has restaurant with great food. Hand breaded chicken fried steak, real mashed potatoes, drink & blue bell ice cream came with the meal along with a homemade biscuit, for $10. Outside of Ft. Stockton a few miles. Would recommend it to anyone. If not for the dust I would give it 5 stars. It's busy so make reservations.

Fort Stockton
Extremely open and friendly staff. Gravel sites are level with easy access to electrical, cable, water, and sewer hook-ups. Wi-fi signal for us was strong. Decent spacing between sites compared to most parks we have been to. Bathrooms/showers are very clean. Nice size laundry room. Small clean outdoor pool. Ample size fenced dog run. Very well kept RV park. They are part of Good Sam. We have 30amp connection no issues. Plenty of 50amp sites. Very reasonably priced! We just stayed the one night this trip, but we would stay there again for multiple nights on our next venture.

Liz is a nice person. Took care of business quickly and was in our spot in a flash. Did not eat at the cafe so we can't give you a review. We needed to use their toilet facility when we arrived and it was a bit dirty, that being around 6:30pm. Lots of trees and gravel roads and sites. 30 amp, full service including Internet. Stayed here twice. Park is kept clean, and the trees are trimmed back. Park personnel are great. The on-site resturant serves delicious dinners (IDK about breakfasts, but suspect that they are good too). Nice dog area. Pull through accommodated my Class A 37 ft and towed. Didn't use the showers.
