Great RV Resort
We came in just for a way station stop overnight. This is a nice RV Park. Also a B&B! We have stayed here couple of years a go. One thing I can say is quite. Great staff very friendly. We were only going to stay one night but both of us got sick. Ask the office if we could stay one more night to recover. No problem!!! Lots of amenities, pool, laundry, clean restrooms, puppy parks … I could go on and on. Will recommend and come back again.

Excellent Over Night Stay
Large level sites and well maintained. Walking trail around park. Multiple places to sit and play cards or watch TVs. Nice pool area too. Stayed here multiple times.

EXCELLENT RV Park!
WONDERFUL STAFF, great facility, just a little difficult to get to and a little windy (unfortunately can’t sue the weather people)!

One Of Texas’ Best Overnight Stops
We have stayed here multiple times now. Well maintained, nice long range views, and great sunsets. Surface is entirely gravel with paver dining sites. Sites are level and easy to get into and out of. Management is excellent.

2nd time here for an overnight stay. They graciously found us a sight, after calling at the last minute (5pm). They also found us a spot for our box trailer and 2 extra cars. This is a place I will stop again when in Fort Stockton. Traveling in a 40’ DP towing a 7x14 cargo trailer.

We thought this Park would just be a good spot to overnight. But wow wish we could have stayed longer. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean, safe and well designed with great views. We will be back!

A very nice park, we stayed for one night on our way thru, requested a pull-thru. The guy in the office was very nice and he escorted me to our site. The pool was clean and looked refreshing and the price was right for the off-season. This park sits on top of a hill and it was hot and windy, otherwise I would have given it a 5 star.

We Loved It!
This park is clean, we were escorted into space, hookups great, nice pool and very cute grounds that someone took time to arrange. Owners are kind, helpful and made us laugh. Good space for your dog. If ever this way again, we will be back! ?

Easy Overnight
Very nice place while passing through east Texas. Level sites excellent 50 Amp electric and great WiFi. Utility pedestal is very well located for a motor home and hook-up was a breeze. There are a few full timers, but apparently they are not allowed to junk up their site, so they are barely noticeable in the park. This will now become my regular stop when passing through.

What a pleasant surprise. Really like this place. Level and clean. I'm impressed. Here for 4 days. Wifi, excellent. Close to town. Just got here today. I'll see how it goes. I have stayed at the Roadrunner RV park. When I come back this way, I will stay at Hilltop. Love it here.

This was a great overnight stay for us. We called ahead for a reservation because we would be arriving very late. They made the process easy and had everything ready for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Stop
This place was nice, level, quiet, and clean. Lady at the desk was super nice and suggested a great Mexican joint (Tacos OJ) on our stop over. Paying cash you get 10% off. (Don’t stop at Hillside, the park before this one. It’s a crap hole and they don’t answer the phone anyway. Keep driving to this gem!)

Beware
If you have a trailer older than 10 yrs old they will rudely turn you away. Even though mine has been garage kept its entire life and in immaculate shape they told me NO!!!! I would understand if i was trying to bring in some run down piece to scare away the neighbors but that wasnt the case. As soon as they heard it was a 2004 jayflight as im filling out paperwork their entire demeanor changed and were rude. As if my peasant level rig wasnt welcome. Absolute B.S!!!! I've never felt more pissed off or insulted in my life. They are great on the phone but once you are in the gate good luck if you dont have a goddamn winnebago . Ill sleep in the walmart parking lot before they receive a penny from me

Nice Place
Not a lot to choose from on these stretches of I10 through Texas. Great sunset view, clean, and level. FHU and escort to site. Would stay again. K-Bob's in Ft. Stockton has great salad bar.

Nice Park
Very nice overnight stay. Lots of sand and gravel, plus a long stretch of real grass for the dog to stretch her legs. Dog run “puppy patch” with a bench for everyone to take a break. Check in easy, escort to our site although it was laid out well. All Pull-thrus. Reasonable price. I’m not sure why the review before mine was so negative, but there are always two sides to every story. We found this park was very professional and tidy. Guests, staff and owners friendly. Excellent overnight stopover!!

I have to give it a star to write a this
I called ahead and have my card number to make my reservation. Upon arrival I was greeted by a nice woman at the front desk who kindly told me that there was a mistake and my spot was sold. Looking at several empty spots I asked to talk to the owner with whom she was one the phone with. I asked if I could just use an empty spot that I was looking at he said, "That thing isn't an RV it is a school bus" (my wife and I converted a school bus to vacation in). I told him, "You could have just told me that, instead of making this kind lady lie to me" His response to that was,"Don't get smart with me boy, F you and get the F off of my property before I come kick your A." I went back out to my family and proceed to leave. He saw is leaving came out of his house and gave myself, my wife, and three children a one finger salute.

One Day This Will Be A Great Park!
The views at sunset from this place or unbelievable! The owners are very friendly, everything is well kept and clean. Remember you are in West Texas, it can't get windy it will be Dusty, and in the summer time it gets hot, but the park has a really nice pool. I'm looking forward to going back someday, hopefully by then the trees will be up to provide a little shade. We only stayed one night, but before I left the next morning I sit outside and had my coffee as I always do, and I was treated to the site of numerous jackrabbits hopping around and looking for shade under some of the other campers. There seem to be some construction workers probably oil field workers staying there but they come in late and leave early there was not that much noise. If you stay here please go to the west side of the camp at sundown and take your camera. You will remember it forever!

The manager, Jim, was helpful and nice. He said the temperature was unusually low (28 degrees). But, that meant that the water was frozen. While we had electricity, we did not have water or sewer. $30 for the night.

Great Stop!
Enjoyed one night at this nice, clean little park at the outskirts of town. Beautiful views. Clean bathrooms. Owners live on site. It is dusty, but that's just the way the terrain is in that part of TX. They've planted some trees that'll provide some nice shade in the future. We'll definitely stay there again!

Love This Place
Love this place, very clean, excellent staff that take you to your spot and guide you in. All are pull through spots so we didn’t even have to disconnect. This is the second time we have stopped here over night, and would stop here again for sure.

This is actually a perfect overnight when going between coasts. Cash is good here for a small discount. It's not paved but that's ok, only issue is make sure you call for directions as gps for some reason takes you nowhere.

A decent one night stay. Hookups were well maintained and worked. Basically a large gravel parking lot. Quite a few long term residents but no issues. Dog walk area is a very small enclosure. Nice view but that's about it. If you pay cash you get 10% off. Decent but wouldn't stay here more than a night or two max.

Lots of traffic noise. Most sites have views of their neighbors. The off site view is not much to look at. Just a large Dusty parking lot with power panels.

BIG View
Yes, it is on a hill with a great view to the west. Sunsets are worth the price of admission. The park is all crushed stone and sort of dusty, and likely would be a bit muddy during a rain. All utilities are functional, and well maintained. The WiFi is very good. No cable TV here, but the views "outside" make up for it. The rear row of pull-throughs are adequate for big rigs and a towed car. We parked here with a 40' motorcoach. If you plan to stay at this park, call first for detailed directions. Although the park is easy to maneuver to, there are plenty of opportunities to take a wrong turn after exiting I-10.
