Overnight Stay
We stayed one night while traveling across the country. Convenient to I-10, even with the road work. The sites were level concrete pads. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of stores and restaurants in the area. Facilities were clean. On-site laundromat. Plenty of space for all sizes. Would stay again.

Good Overnight Stop
Clean, level pull thru concrete pads, picnic tables, internet, cable tv. Far enough off interstate to minimize road noise. Very good overnight stop. Would return.

Overnight -Good Place
Made reservations online and they called me back to finalize stay. Arrived after office hours and check in packet was waiting. Park is nice and all pull through. Bathrooms use key card and pool looked nice. Definitely would stay again.

Over nite Stop
4/27/21. Excellent campground. One of the best we have ever stayed with. Level, clean, full hookups, all concrete pull-throughs. No free breakfast now due to COVID. Be aware that the I-10 exit for Brooks Rd. Is closed for construction. You need to go to the next exit, Major Dr. and go over to Hwy 124 to get to the campground(less than a mile). Rate was very reasonable. This is if you are traveling West.

I did not see any sites that weren’t cement. Very nice rv park. Level, grass, picnic table , clean, easy in & out.

Super Nice Park
Super clean. FHU. Complimentary breakfast. Wide paved streets. Easy in & out. Wish the sites were cement too, As we had to deal with lots of mud. Friendly staff. Long term campers in the back & short term up front. The I-10 on-ramp is a work in progress. Once it will be done, it will be great.

Great Place!
Great place to stop overnight! We came in late and easily had a place. It was so organized and easy to figure out how to get a spot. Pool , Really nice & clean showers and bathrooms & a GREAT complimentary breakfast! What a perfect spot to rest and recharge on the road!

Nice Stop
Easy in and out from I-10 with all paved roads and concrete pull throughs. Friendly staff at reception and complimentary breakfast. Well maintained facilities, but could use extra bathrooms for size of park. The pull through is too narrow, and steps come out in wet, muddy grass. Otherwise, a great stop, and takes Passport!

Easy in and out. Clean and nice facility. They even had a nice breakfast every morning. Our site had too many power surges which were taken care of by our 50 amp surge protector but it only happened at night and woke me up often. I would return if I pass this way again but not to site 6. Oh no cable tv so this app needs to update. WiFi was decent.

Easy Access Big Park
Very weak WiFi, couldn't use, though I was very near office on front row. Shower was warm, not hot. But, though big, was well-maintained full-time place, narrow concrete slab for overnight, ground muddy & wet around edges, where you walk when setting up. $22.50 with Passport America, Dec. 3, 2018

Great Park
You have to be looking for something to complain about not to like this park. Great location on I-10. Clean park with pool and free breakfast. All the permanent rigs seem to be newer and well maintained. Overnight ears are in front section. Store and laundry.

Muddy
As other reviews, walk out of RV and into mud. Park quit paying for cable, I see cable wires on fulltimers so you must be able buy it? Pool not heated. In Great breakfast.

Okay for Overnight
We stayed just one night. Easy to get to from I-10, but far enough away that there is no I-10 noise. Staff is pleasant. Easy to navigate a big rig in the park. The roads are asphalt and the sites are narrow concrete slabs. Lots of mud when you step off of the concrete slab. The utilities are toward the back of our pull through site, but worked well. The wifi was awful, but the Verizon signal was okay. There is no cable, but we were able to get channels on our HD antenna. There are no trees or landscaping so the satillite worked well. We would stay overnight again.

Gulf COST RV
This is my second stop and last stop at this RV Park. There are a lot of permanent residents in this location. I have been RVing for 5 years without any vandalism or theft. Early this morning someone stole my 50 amp surge protector. My guess is it's a resident. Power went out at around 5am just about the time people were leaving for work. One thing I cannot stand is a thief. They have no security and no maintenance on call. I was forced to move since the breakers were weak and kept tripping. Last time here for sure.

Still No Cable
The previous review mentioned no cable, it's March 1st and still not fixed. We are picking up plenty of channels with our antenna. Easy to get to off I-10, long and level sites. Perfect for a night stay.

No Cable TV & Noisy Train
Cable was broken, someone ran over it in the park. We don't have a satellite dish so no cable for us. No mention in the RV parks website or review about the train noise. It supposedly only comes by "once per day", but it has already been by twice between 2pm & 6pm today. Nice level concrete pads & picnic area but muddy grass near hookups. Bathrooms were clean.
