After 5 days with our RV’s hot water not working, it was great to find a place with a perfectly clean shower room — large, with several hooks for towels and clothes, a small bench, sink w/counter, and a toilet.
And a deadbolt on the door.
We called for a reservation because we were coming in late. Very easy. Spacious, level site.
Couldn’t ask for more. Spent one night there in a Class C, 30 amps, full hookup, for just over $35.00 with Good Sam discount.

We enjoyed our stay here. Great bathrooms! Full individual bathrooms with toilet, sink, and shower with locking door. Nice wide level concrete pads with nice hook up posts. Cable. Nice dog run area and kids playground. Right down the road from the actual Cadillac ranch - much closer to it than the other RV parks. Very convenient and short drive over to the Amarillo medical area and businesses. This is a great place if you happen to be in Amarillo.

Clean, well organized. Great amenities. Says pet friendly, when I approached the office front door a man swooped on me like I just robbed a bank, I was carrying our 10 lb dog. NO NO NO WE CANT HAVE THAT. Everyone else very helpful and friendly

Great For An Overnight
Wide rides, concrete level sites down the road from Love's truck stop. We would stay at any similar facilities across the country.

Spirit Of Excellence
From the moment I called to make reservations the man that greeted me was awesome. We got in late that night, had some tire issues and they were more than awesome about accommodating our unplanned extra days stay. Pool was awesome, wings at the cafe were great, easy access to laundry, garbage and bath houses all around the property and super close to Cadillac Ranch. Thx for an awesome stay, would def stay again!

Large Accessible Spaces
Clean, very friendly staff (Tamra), and conveniently located off the 40. Quiet, dog friendly and spacious. Excellent hook ups / concrete slabs. Lots of cool amenities, but no shade to speak of whatsoever. Highly recommend for an overnight stay!

Clean and Friendly
Extremely friendly staff, and cleanest best-kept facilities I have ever seen at an RV park, yet the price. Nice pool and hot-tub also. The first time I stayed there they waived our full fee for a military discount! We are staying here again right now and kids are enjoying the pool.
Only downside, as was already mentioned, is the cow feed-lot smell gets pretty strong when the wind blows, but anyone from Texas is probably used to that.
Perfect place to stay on your way through Texas!

Great place to stay! Close to the I-40, clean, friendly. If active duty military, your first night is at no charge. Great place if stopping in Amarillo!

Immaculate facilities and park. Pleasant staff. Quiet but near I40. Could use trees but not a major problem

We stay here every time we go from OH to AZ and back. Smell only as you are going down county road off I 40 to the park. Have never noticed once we actually park. Well lit, very level, great spots and amenities. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend but be prepared for wind. Welcome to TX!!

Stopped over night to find this nice little Oasis. It is very well cared for and very reasonable prices. We paid $38.00. This park has it all. Wish other parks were more like this one. Clean, level.

Stayed there probably 9 years ago . The best private campground I have ever stayed at! Planning a trip back that way this coming weekend and am excited about the possibility of drawing there again! Its 436 miles from my home so will see if I can make it that far. Sure hoping so. As far as the smell
....hey folks your in cattle country
. enjoy the steak!

Spent three days after truck broke down. Owners were extremely cordial and helpful. The park was well maintained and extremely clean. The spaces were huge compared to most we stayed in. Would not pass it without staying again.
As for the individual complaining about the smell, in Texas we call that the smell of money and it was only noticeable when the wind kicked up.

Over Night Stay
My husband and I parked here for one night in a travel trailer. The sites were paved and level; perfect to pull in and be ready to go in the morning. We were right next to a bathroom which helped block us from the wind. The bathrooms were some of the cleanest I have seen! You also have your own personal shower with plenty of hot water. It was exactly what we needed and easy on and off the highway! Highly reccommend!

New Campground With Cement Pads
It's fairly new with nice cement pads, a few young trees which will grow and give nice shady spots. It's quiet but the internet and cable sucks. Sometimes we just go to get away and need the internet and decent cable.

Good enough for one night. Pleasant and helpful host. Bathrooms and showers clean. Only problem was the odor from the cattle stock yards which smelled of cow poo n pee.
