Clean And Convenient
Our site was spacious, clean, we had grass, a picnic table and shade. We were happy. The bathroom is brand new and beautiful. Clearly they working to improve this park. It is close to restaurants, gas, etc. Yes, there is noise from the air port, truck stop and train but it didn’t bother us. We have stayed at way noisier. We would definitely return

Checked into this RV park went to my spot hooked up sewer water and electricity. Went to turn on the water and there was none. The gentleman next to us told me that the water has been turned off all afternoon with a water break. I was told nothing about the water being off when I checked in and it was probably going to take at least 4 to 6 hours to fix it. Also there were cats running all over the place! Stay away! It also backs up to a truckstop.

Extra Charges When We Left
Read the small print, they gouge you for extra charges on departure. Park is very run down. Office, laundry, bathrooms are run by cats, stinks of cat pee and waste. Unhygienic. Grass is dead, thorns are thriving. Stenches. Next to 24 hour rumbling truck stop, non stop.

Quick Stop
Park is right next to a truckstop. Trucks run all night. Bathroom/shower building has little ventilation so the walls sweat. Spots are not to bad, room to get in and out. We have 27ft bumper pull and did not have to disconnect. People are nice. Ok for a tired overnite stop.

Pass On By This One
Very disappointed with administration here. Same day of reservation I received an email invoice that was difficult to understand so I called. I paid the 2-night invoice even though the name didn't match my reservation notes. A few hours later we arrived to find out the invoice was for a reservation I canceled over 6 weeks ago. when I relayed this via phone they refused to refund even 1 night. We drove by to consider but it's just a dirt field with electric stands.

We called at 8:30pm and got an answer! Roomy enough for our 42’ toy hauler.

Convenient Overnite
Site spaces are reasonably sized and maneuvering through the park has some tight but do-able turns. Easy access to/from highway. Will likely overnight here again in future travels.

Good overnight parking. Gravel sites, water, electric and cable, but due to COVID-19 was unable to view or use other facilities. Good access to downtown Amarillo. Would stay there again.

Fine No Frills Overnighted
Easy pay over the phone, no frills, was all that we needed. Did not use the facilities. Signage off the road was not too good. We passed it and had to make a U turn to get back. Yes, planes, trains, & cars, but we sleep fine with the noise. Pilot gas directly across the street, easy access onto I 40. Pd 38.00, wasn’t asked for Good Sam cars.

Great Lil Place
Arrived from Albuquerque tired and worn out. The front desk was attentive and kind when we arrived without a reservation on Memorial Day weekend. Filled out our paperwork outside and they ran my card right away and we got a easy spot for the night that we appreciated. It was next to the dumpster and security light pole but super easy to pull in and out with great little plots of grass next to all the sites. The dog sites even had a fenced in yard that came with em! And a small fenced in area for off leash dogs. Water/sewer/50amp, paved and level spot with an additional hose for the landscaper to come through and water the lovely well kept decorative plants.
I will add that it was the full price of $38 for the one night, but it was a holiday weekend without a reservation with full hook ups. We also just missed the start date of the pool opening. It wasn’t open the Saturday we stayed but it will be the following Monday, Memorial Day. Over all, we would stay again.

Pass On By
Reserved a spot by phone with a gentleman, paying over the phone for the site.
We came in after 7:00 pm and an older lady met us, saying he was new and we wouldn’t fit where he had marked on map.
After looking at where she wanted us to go, we realized we would scrape our new truck and toy hauler on trees. Trees haven’t been trimmed everywhere and would tear up our rig. We politely told her it wouldn’t work and we were sorry.
She came at my husband calling him a liar! That’s not how you win customers.
I’m sure we won’t get our money back. She was calling us names and having a melt down.
Pass on by. There are plenty of others nicer and more accommodating.

Green Haven
Lovely park with plenty of grass, shade trees, bushes, flowers and LOTS of room. We only stopped for one night, but we definitely plan to stay here again! We lived the spacey, pull through sites, the shade and grass. Our dog loved all the grassy areas to walk. It’s a beautiful RV Park with a very friendly staff and one of the best finds on our 3 month tour of the west. Don’t miss this one!!!

Nice
It has gravel roads and sites. The sites are level and if you have a dog they have dog yards along side of your rig. Great for big rigs. Picnic tables could use some paint. Good for overnite.

No Cable tv
We will not stay here again. The cable tv on our post did not work nor did the one next door. No one on Sage St. at the back section had cable tv as advertised. Hook ups there but did not work. We tried everything. They had an electric cord that did not plug into electric socket, a rigged up work around and it was not 110 compatible so cable was not available as advertised. Skip this place. Amarillo KOA off 335 is very nice as is Oasis Rv park and Fort Amarillo both off I-40. Their cable tv works but this park has NO WiFi hookups and the office tells u they don’t have it at all. Also after 6:00 there is no one here. Office closed. I am really disgusted. Don’t waste your money at this park!! 1 Star

Overnight And A Little Tight
We pulled in with our 42 foot 5th wheel, we called ahead and the lady in the office was very nice. When we arrived to gave us a map to our spot, we had to cut through a spot to get to ours and it was a tight squeeze with several plant/weed beds with cinder blocks and wooden fences making the turns tight. Our site was plenty long enough, and fairly level. Good water, electricity, and cable tv. No wi-fi. Several areas to walk dogs including a dog park. The old pool has been filled in and is a garden/weed bed. They did offer us a ride to the Texan steakhouse which we enjoyed like always. We would come back if in the area but we would probably try a larger park first for the price.

Pleasant Park
Nice front desk check in experience. Park has easy access off highway and convenient pull thru sites. 35 ft motorhome with toad and no issues. Cost 36.00 with Good Sam’s. Good nights sleep, did not smell any feedlot nor hear but 2 planes. Small jungle gym for kids (we have only small dog). Nice large pasture next door for dogs to play. Park is quiet and well manicured; someone has a green thumb and spends quite a bit of time and talent working on landscaping. Would stay again.

It was an ok stay. The bathrooms were crummy. They had uneven drive ways. The best part is the location. Pass by this place and go to the Amarillo RV.

We did not stay at this park, but required the services of a local mechanic. We had some electrical/battery issues with our camper while staying in town. We were given the name of an excellent mechanic. Matt curry at Red rover mobile rv repair. 956-369-9918. He assessed the situation immediately and was able to get us on the road right away. He charged very reasonably, despite the fact that we were over a barrel and would have paid whatever he asked. He was also a veteran - always very pleased when we can do business with those who have served our country.

Ok Park.
Nice little park with grass & trees. Not being maintained properly. Lots of trees with dead & broken limbs, weeds not being cut back or removed. Office staff nice but not very professional not to mention their obsession for cats!! Restrooms were clean & big but very hot inside & no way to turn on large exhaust fan. Traffic noise from I-40 was bad but all the RV parks in the area were right off the interstate. Ok for an overnight stay but would not stay more than a day or two. RV sites were a little short with motor home & toad.

Stayed September 2016 during a vacation road trip. We loved it! Very nice people, and proximity to the big Texan restaurant was great. During our visit the pool wasn't available, would have been nice. All things considered we want to visit and stay there again, and do recommend it.

OK Park
The cable did not work. They do not have Wi-Fi. They did mention that before we checked in but I thought having cable would give us something to do tonight. The pull-through site we are in is not really long enough for a 40-foot motorhome towing a Jeep Grand Cherokee. So we unhooked it just to be on the safe side. I wish we could pick the different Park
