Great Activities, Great Place
Our cost was $66/night with a KOA discount. It seems pricey, but is pretty reasonable. There are activities each evening: watermelon, ice cream, s'mores, hayrides, etc. a different each night. The pool was very nice on a hot day. Lots of things to do in the area.

Read reviews before you even consider this park I believe this could be managed better they have everything but the Staff isn't local and frankly don't think these people have people skills it all starts the first impression

Great Stay In Rapid city
This is a nice and comfortable place to home base in Rapid City. All of the facilities are clean and staff is friendly. Pool, game room and other amenities. If your plan is to spend all your time in the Black Hills exploring, then there are other RV parks in the heart of the Hills. We'd stay here again without question.

Never Again
This campgrounds is open in the winter. You leave your money in an envelope found outside office and put it in a slot. If you don't do this immediately upon your arrival, you run the risk of the employee accusing you of staying there the prior night when you were not there. And demanding you hand her cash.
The hydrant will probably freeze on you. And watch out for the dog droppings, over flowing dumpster, and mud. And don't expect an emailed receipt, because you will not get one.
First time we had our RV at a KOA for sure will not buy a membership and will only stay at another KOA in an emergency.

Very Nice Park
We stayed just one night. The campground is clean and quiet I was not happy to have to pay $5 for early checkin when there were NUMEROUS open sites. Just another way to make money. The $5 made it about $70. Not really worth that. The lady who checked me in asked like I asked for something ridiculous when I asked if we could check in early.
If you like amenities, they seem to have plenty. Pool was closed when we were there. 8

We're packed in here like sardines and our wonderful neighbors next-door decide to have a fire outside it's about 3 feet high. It's really too close to have a fire pits in between the Rigs. Not happy campers

Pretty Crowded
Decent enough but they charged me $2.00 apiece for my dogs! Why? Staff was not that friendly and RV's were lined up to check in when we arrived. Probably will not stay there again given the number of campgrounds available in the area.

Good Park
Not sure about the last few reviews - check in was very pleasant, the sites are level and no more crowded than any other park. Restrooms, showers, and laundry were all excellent. Nice pool & spa. Definitely a good place to stay while touring the area.

Keep Going....
Just ok. If you just want a place to sleep, this will work. Cramped, uneven sites. Iffy internet. Won't stay again.
