Handy Overnight Stop
Needed a place for to land for the night and thankfully we got the last full hookup site. It is close to many activities so it’s a good jumping off point if you need a place to stay for a couple days.

A Place To Park
The park is essentially a wide, flat field with very few trees for shade. The spots may be the largest I've ever parked in. The managers are nice but stickers for their rules. It's a members only park, but we stayed at a higher non-member rate for water/electric only. No dump station. They say their septic system couldn't handle the extra. All that being said, the bathrooms and laundry rooms are immaculate. If you just need someplace for a few nights and have other activities to fill your day, it's ok.

Can't Complain
Nice park with decent amenities. The staff is very nice. The spots are super wide. A lot off changes in the last few years. A bit of road noise but it didn't bother us much. Great for overnight or spend a few days. It the summer it can be kinda dusty

Lots Of Room
This park was easy to get to and the sites were roomy. Some highway noise but not bad

Gone Downhill
We used to like this park. It has changed ownership. The bathrooms are not very clean. The sites are weedy, with small bits of plastic, wood, and ceramic chips. There are rules everywhere, but it hasn’t translated to a nicer park. The people next to us has a pit bull that was allowed to run off leash. In another site children were digging holes and filling them with water to play in Not Happy. We used to be members. Not now!

Premium Price For Third Rate Park
After pulling in we found out it's a member only park but can stay in a water, power only spot for a higher price than a member pays for full hookup. Park is just a big open field next to the highway and train tracks so very noisy! No trees for shade around camp spots. Would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone else. The one bright spot is the managers, very nice, helpful couple!

Bad Policys
I reluctantly stayed at this park because the other better rated parks in the area were booked up. Went I called to make a reservation, the very nice receptionist informed me that "yes we have available sites but because they're a membership based resort and could only give me a water and electric site since the full-hookup sites are for "members only". When I arrived around 3pm, the place was at least 50% vacant!? With numerous "vacant" full-hookup sites around me. In addtion to that, to call this place a "Resort" is a joke. Ok, they have a dilapidated swiming pool. Big deal. There's next to NO shade, no lake or river next to it and the sites are tightly pack together with noise from the highway and trains and "No dump station"! If you have a dog, there's no dog area to let 'em run even though they have plenty of room to do so. They're laundry facilities are decent but other than that I saw nothing about this place that would make me return, recommend, or want to join a membership.

One star because I have to give it one. Narrow lanes that are difficult for bigger rigs. Even the staff asked about it. Sites are very uneven, noise from the highway and trains, most buildings are under construction. I basically a cow pasture masquerading as a RV park.
