Meh
Okay for a night or two, but definitely NOT a campground. Pretty much just a trailer park as probably 90% are permanent residents. We're talking fenced yards and permanent structures. Must are well kept, but a trailer park nonetheless. Large, clean laundry room and huge pool if that's your thing. Transient sites are large but mostly just grass with few rocks here and there. Oh, BTW, don't drink the water - it's nasty.

Stopped for a night. Nice location. All back in spaces but plenty of room to maneuver. Maybe a little behind on appearance maintenance, but seems to be a small problem with long term residents . I would stop again. WiFi is great and over the air tv signals are plentiful. Some of the problems mentioned in earlier reviews have been addressed. Very quiet.

Ok For Overnight
Stopped here in November for overnight. Had to use a backin spot, pull through sites had water turned off. The roads need gravel, most of them have mud holes. Staff friendly. Lots of full timers but lots of empty spots as well. WiFi lousy, not useable. The site we used need gravel you need overshoes to connect utilities. Ok for overnight.

This is the second time we've stayed. They are the only one open in the area past Halloween. We felt fortunate they were open. The person on the phone was very nice and so was the lady who checked us in. The majority of the campers are permanent. It's difficult to see site definition in the snow, but that's not their fault. I believe all sites are back in. Pretty sure there was a sewer spill prior to our arrival...it was very stinky. The WiFi is impossible to connect to (both times we stayed here)

Good Place For An Overnight
Great price for a 30 amp pullthru with water and sewer, big site with lots of shade. Stayed over on a weeknight, you might get stuck out in the new section with no trees on a weekend though. Park is 95% permament campers. Clean bathrooms, close to the interstate, makes it great for a quick stopover but hwy noise is the downside. They don't post your site number on the door for after hours checkin, so remember the site number they tell you on the phone and lookup a campground map online.

Ok Scenery, Horrible Customer Service.
The park is decently set up with some nice amenities. However I reserved months in advance to be able to park on concrete. The day before arriving. I called ahead to get my spot number and alert them I would be arrivng late. I was told I would pay for the day anyway and agreed. Upon arriving I pulled into a mud puddle. With a concrete pad as a porch. This is not what I reserved however it was down pouring and I was tired. A couple neighbors saw and came over to help me. As we was setting up the manager arrived and started yelling at me. I was exhausted and not really responding. I informed him I had spoke to a worker and that I reserved the area. He continue to speak rudely. Till another camped told him to "get the f*** out of here Ron" he then left. The next day came with more of the same service, when I mentioned I requested concrete to park on. He said "you do have concrete but your not allowed to park on it." I will not be returning to this camp, because of its management.

Seasonal rv park. Opens officially 4/15 but allowed us to spend night as owner had turned on water yesterday. Well maintained. ites are staggered and setup well with fair amount of room. Bit of noise from highway.

Newmar 40"
Well maintained park sites have all hookups and are generous in size. Some noise from the freeway and some of the roads are dusty. Overall a great park.

My Opinion
Nice and quiet sometimes too quiet, open areas a little dusty... Has Well water so may stain your trailer. Warm bathroom but smells like well water,.. I gotta get a water filter for my trailer. I have only stayed at two parks and been off the grid with my new trailer,... Me and my buddy wanna move parks close by to see more activity,.. Good stay good price,..
