Nice Overnight Stay
It’s a nice stop for an overnight stay. Nice staff very clean park. All pull-in spots, great Wifi. There is some traffic noise. If I’m passing through again, I would stay here.
My reason for four stars, price & traffic noise.

Full time
Always enjoy being here. Quiet, good clean sites with cable tv, AND good WI FI. Staff is friendly and helpful, caring about problems or question one may have.
They don’t hate children but the setup is best suited for adults and pets. No swing sets or jungle gyms etc.
propane, service station, small store and restaurant close enough to walk to. Casino if you like as well.
No complaints from us. We will return whenever our travels allow.

Very tidy, well maintained park. Perfect stop off 395. Appreciate that all rigs in the park looked nice, giving the park an overall clean and welcoming look.

Retired On The Road
- Good price ... Pull throughs, 30/50 amp
- Downtown Reno traffic not what it used to be. North area is growing, and state planners are not keeping up with US 395. If you are coming from the north, great place to stay and leave after rush hour. If you are heading out of town during the morning rush, good place to start from.
- Breakfasts at restaurant are very good!
- It's in a safer location than many in town.

Run If You Have Kids
If you have kids run from this park the owners hate kids and hate you for having them don’t spend a dime with this hateful people for this reason.
It is a beautiful park quite cost is good. So it’s ok a guess but even older kids are not wanting or welcome here I have been told by people staying here they have seen kids here too.
We have a 2016 Class A it’s not like we have a old broken down motor home and my kids are 16 and 12 and almost never leave the RV. I told them this too.
So again if you have kids don’t bother even if you are just staying over night or a week they really didn’t want you there at all they hate kids and you for have them it is a complication they didn’t want around their park so in my thoughts don’t give them your money.

Dont Bother If You Have An Older Rig
We have a 1981 Prevost and got told no because of age. Doesn't care about up keep or how clean it is. Would rather let a POS that's "new" in the park. Lady was super rude

Clean, well maintained, paved sites with grass & trees. Park host is great, really nice guy. Casino/restaurant & gas/store right next door. No road or other noise. Good rates, has Good Sam discount but we are not Good Sam members, however, we got the discount anyway because we are veterans (great park host!). Soon there will be a detailed video review of this park on our YouTube channel, Nomadic Native.
