Amazing Place To Camp
We did an overlanding trip here in January and navigated through the snow to get to the campground. We traveled 3 and a half hours to get here and it was well worth the drive for us. We were the only ones there and this place was peaceful. This is free camping. First come, first serve basis. I would come back in the future. It appears to be opened all year. Its about 5-6 miles in after making the turn from Hwy 89 onto Cottonwood. Just follow the trail and keep going straight until you see the campground. The trail to this destination is wide enough for a dually truck, but can be narrow in some areas. I would not recommend bringing a big trailer through the trail, as it appears to be only one way in and one way out. There is almost no room for 2 vehicles to pass in some areas. Absolutely no cell service here. No water, no electric, no hookups, no garbage cans. You pack it in, you must pack it out. There are fire pits and picnic tables

Quiet Place To Relax
Nice easy road but very dusty. The last 1/4 to 1/2 mile is one lane with thick bushes on either side but the camp site is absolutely beautiful and quiet. Vault toilet is clean but there are a lot of flies and make sure you bring some type of light because there is no light in the bathrooms.
