Too tight your neighbor sewer is in your space! Can’t even open your awning so tight. Nicer slots near by!

Great Location

We spent the month of May 2020 here. Showers/restrooms were very clean, and were just remodeled. Spaces are tight, but has plenty of gathering locations with swings, tables and BBQ grill to use. The staff is very friendly as well as some of the permanent occupants. This smaller park , is 60% permanent occupants, and remaining spaces for rentals. The park is very quite and close to shopping and restaurants. We would stay again.

Great place!! Gave us a pull through site for 1 night and had a really nice barbecue area to boot. We heard coyotes at night!

Great Place, Fantastic People

This RV park was absolutely a breath of fresh air. The manager, Steve and his wife are great people. Super helpful and generous. The side a somewhat narrow but the grounds and concrete slabs are perfectly maintained. Reasonable monthly prices and fantastic location. Wild horses on the mountain behind the park. LOVED THIS RV PARK and the people we met here.
